Affordability of preferred option (net position of costs and income) covering whole
life
Risk log either attached to case or available showing all risks with probability,
impact (£), proximity and risk management plan for each risk.
8. EXTERNAL APPROVALS
Statement of any external approvals and support required and whether these
have been obtained, such as SHA approval, commissioner support.
9. BENEFITS EXPECTED
Benefits can be ‘negative’ such as setting out what will happen if the project is
not done.
