A first of its kind in India, the PFA International Short

Film Festival 2010 showcasing short films on all social
causes like Child Labour and abuse, Female infanticide,
HIV & AIDs, Global warming, Woman rights, etc.

So what do we expect from you?

What else? Get ready for the countdown. If you think

your film has the power to captivate the mind of the
judges, you are the right participant to show your
talents. Not just that, you can also show the world how
much you care for the society by displaying awareness
on social issues through these short films.

The Rich and the Famous:

Presence of Dignitaries like State/Central Cabinet

Ministers and esteemed guests from the film fraternity of

Bollywood/Kollywood will be a boost for these neglected

/alternate Films. This event is expected to give Film

Makers an encouragement to highlight the plight of

most marginalised and vulnerable communities in

society.

Film makers/participants will be the Visual

communication students and Amateur/ professional

directors from all over the world

Short film criteria:

The duration of the short Films are expected to be strictly

from 1 to 25 minutes which centre around and portray

social issues
