b) 50% Down payment upon installation and the rest of the 50% is to be paid after the receipt of the end users
acceptance.
c) Delivery charge my vary on the freight charge
d) 30-45 days order basis this is a Non-Cancellable.
e) For locally available items, cancellation of order is only allowed within 3 working days from the date of PO
issuance, otherwise 30% of the total amount indicated in the PO shall be paid by the client as penalty
charge.
f) For order basis items, cancellation of order is only allowed within 3 working days from the date of PO
issuance, otherwise 80% of the total amount indicated in the PO shall be paid by the client as penalty
charge.
