I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

It’s yo girl is a dazzling and a fabulous business of us senior high school students that sells clothes
and accessories at a fair price. We aim to be well-known in selling clothes and accessories for a special
purpose especially to people who loved shopping and buying clothes and accessories. Our mission is to be
a well-known clothing/accessory marketers and to provide customer satisfaction and excellence by our
products that we are selling is to deliver our product on time and have a complete access minute by minute
in our online business Our vision is to enhance the running of our business throughout the month to always
have enough supplies to the products that we are selling. Most of all to have complete access at our online
business. Our aim is to provide excellent customer service to create customer loyalty resulting to a repeat
purchase by the customers We aim to sell at a fair price with a good satisfaction from our colleagues. We
sell because we care for people who needs help at their physical appearance. Our product or garments that
we sell is not just caught by their looks but also caught by their special purposes that can help you get
attractive and have a well-groomed day. Our vision is to aim to be at the forefront or the top which provides
great opportunities for both current and future generations that we will use our innovation to broaden our
branded product base far ahead of the competition, building on our experience and trusted rapid response
service network. One of our objective is to receive a high profit at least in a month, to deliver the products on
time to achieve customer satisfaction, and to obtain many customers in a month with the help of our marketing
strategy. For us to succeed, we must provide excellent customer service, be a helpful and respected member
of the community, and create continued customer loyalty resulting in repeat purchase by the customers.

II. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our products are accessories for girls like headbands or called turban, and clayblush. Clothing for girls
who loves inexpensive and who'd like to buy cheap but trendy clothing.
These clothes are made from fabric cotton and it only cost 80.00PHP. these are also free size clothes.

Organic Clay blush, this is good for all skin types and this product has 3 purpose. It can be used as a
blush on, a lip balm, and an eye shadow and this is very affordable because it is only cost 80.00PHP.

We are also selling headband turbans for only 35.00PHP this is perfect for any any outfit and we have
a promo for this product, BUY 3 FOR ONLY 100.00PHP.
III. TECHNOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS

It's yo girl is a clothing and accessories business that is mainly using internet to have an access to
our customers for their orders and for contacting our suppliers. Internet is essential for our business because
we post our products on our page so that it will be easy for our dear customers to order and ask anything
about their preferred order. In case we don’t have an internet access, we’ll use data to keep in touch to our
customers. We use the Facebook medium as the means where we post our products and services.

IV. MARKETING STRATEGY

First, we will research about our competitors to know what strategy they are doing so that we can do
better or what are they missing to be successful competitors. Our product is affordable and it is useful and
easy to wear. It can be a Christmas gift, birthday gift and other more that you can give to your special
someone, friends and family. Our product has unique designs than the other competitors. Our target is to
satisfy our customers and give their wants.

We assume that our price is affordable to our valued customers because we know that the wrong price
can negatively affect our business. Good thing is that we know the pricing when it comes to business because
it shows whether your business going to succeed or not and also you feel free by giving some sales and
discounts. Our price depends on our product and service. Achieving the profitable growth is our main goal
because it shows that our business has improvement. We are the reseller's we buy in the market that has a
low price and sell it at the same price in the market or low price to gain the capital and profit.

The IYG (It’s Yo Girl) can be seen inside the campus quadrangle of Jose Rizal University, #80 Shaw
Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

We promote our product with the help of social media. We create a page where we can post our product
and put it in our su Stories. We also promote it by telling our product to our friends and family.

They recommend that we add more product because they want many choices to suit and convince them to
buy. Work more on packaging and find out the more popular based on the sold products. Advertise and do
more sales talk. Know more about trendy clothes and accessories to gain more costumers because they like
what is popular.

MARKETING STAFFING
 Danica Joy Prado (Chief Operations Manager) – She is in-charge of overseeing the daily
operations of the business. She also has the say in things regarding major operating
initiatives such as changes in production to merchandising.
 Christopher Go (Finance Manager) – He is in-charge of all things that is in regards to
financing. Investing, would provide strategies to further improve profitability, and is in-charge
of seeing the financial reports, monitors accounts and prepares financial forecasts.
 Jonhelyn Raceles (Marketing Manager) – She carries out things that are involved in
marketing the products of a business, product promotion, packaging and product
development.
 Allinea Bancod (Productions Manager) – She controls the production of products;
oversees the production process to ensure level of merchandise quality and are produced
right.
 Shyla Badilla (Assistant Manager) – She assists our productions manager in ordering
merchandise and monitors the business inventory.
 Ryan Lorenz Bautista (Accountant) – He audits and mainly focuses on managing
accounts rather than forecasting and strategizing, which is done by the finance manager.
 Amber Kayl Cacnio (Online Personnel) – She is in-charge of what happens on their online
page, posts and updates the online patrons about the business’ merchandise.
 Vincent Angelo Pepino (Delivery Personnel) – He asks and gathers information from the
customers on where the merchandises would be sent to.
 Arwin Christian Silvera (Delivery Personnel) – He delivers the products to the customers.
 Christian Jose Javier (Delivery Personnel) – He delivers the products to the customers.
