2. To learn the policies and practices in multinational organizations
3. To compare, contrast and explain a variety of strategic approaches to the management of Human Resources
in multinational organizations
Course Outcomes:
1. Apply the concepts and knowledge about the range of Human Resource functions.
2. Deploy the expatriate employees and expatriate failures on international assignments.
