Subject: Appreciation and Gratitude for Senior PI Shri. Bharatkumar Suryavanshi and Team from
Upnagar Police Station
Dear Sir,
On behalf of Vatavruksha apartment and nearby areas, I am writing this letter to express my
salutation, appreciation and gratitude towards a team from Upanagar police station, especially
Senior Police Inspector Shri. Bharatkumar Suryavanshi sir for his rapid and effective response to the
concerns raised by us.

On 24th July 2019, we have given a written intimation to Upnagar police station about
serious menace created by group of people in the society premises, who occupies the society frontal
space till late night and doing all nuisance activities such as passing dirty comments, smoking,
consuming alcohol and use of abusive language. They have not only trespassed into our property,
but also created a nuisance for the residing families, ladies, kids and senior citizens.

To our intimation and consequent call, Shri. Bharatkumar Suryavanshi sir and his team have
responded immediately, visited the spot personally and took action against the trespassers. The
action from police and necessary relief was provided within 12 hours, which is highly appreciated.
The response of your team was rapid and effective.

At a time of extreme stress due to trespassers and their anti-social behaviour, your officer
Shri. Bharatkumar Suryavanshi and his team attended and took control of the situation. We felt
supported, understood, and for the time being have been made to feel safe. This result has been
achieved through the evident experience and action of your officer and his team.

In future, we are committed to provide all the support to Police team in maintaining law and
order in city and also expects the similar response in safeguarding the citizens.
