Japan

It is very important to know that Japan has the second largest economy after the United States,

the government is cooperative with the industries and strengthen them, a Japanese custom is to

have a hard work, taking care of its employees what has given an advance in technology giving

an economic success. The manufacture of Japan is well known worldwide, such as vehicles,

electronic items, and steel constructions, among others. The currency is the Yen; it is the third

most important around the world. Japan has one of the best Ministry of Industrial Commerce

and Industry, its gross domestic product of more than 5 billion dollars, a positive trade balance of

100 million dollars. The main trading partners of the country are: China, Malaysia, Thailand,

South Korea, Germany, United States, and European Union, Japan being a country with greater

income equity per Capita

ARGELIA

Algeria it is located in North Africa, the official name of Algeria is Democratic and Popular

Algerian Republic. The president is elected by absolute majority vote through a two-round

system. Algeria has a mixed economic system, which includes a variety of private freedom,
combined with centralized economic planning, and government regulation, Algerian economy is

based in Oil and gas, it represets 98% of Algeria's exports.

The judicial system is based on a civil law system with codes adapted from the French legal

system. The separation of powers leads to a distribution of activities among the three branches of

government:

1. The president and his administration see to the implementation of the law
2. Parliament is responsible for civil and criminal legislation
3. Courts make decisions on civil and criminal cases

Algerian is habited only 12% of its territory, 90% of the country is covered by the Sahara desert.

COLOMBIA

Colombia is a country democratic, the president and vice president are directly elected through

universal suffrage by absolute majority

The Colombian State is based on the civil law that is governed by the Constitution since 1991

that allows citizen participation.

The Colombian State in the economic system is characterized by being a weak entity, since it

has a notable inability to control widespread corruption that implied a delegitimization of public

and private institutions.

NORTH KOREA
It is a sovereign country of East Asia. Its capital is the city of Pionyang.North Korea is based

in a civil law. The Central Court is the highest court in North Korea, oversees the judicial work

of all other courts.

North Korea has a command economy (centralized). The state controls all means of

production, and the government establishes priorities and emphasis on economic development.

North Korea is one of the most economically, socially and politically insolated nations in the

world.

The political system is based in totalitarism when the political regimen a "Socialist State",

governed by a single party system. It is the head of the political structure.

The Party not only governs the nation, but also "commands" social organizations and the lives of

the inhabitants.

Según este analisis podemos decir que Japon es el país que tiene mayor desarrollo según los

siguientes indicadores (poner los porcentajes) y presenta un crecimiento económico según el PIB

( ) Teniendno la siguiente combinación tiene una sistema de político totalitario ( xq es), sistema

legal es civil law ( xq es) y su economía esta basada mexed economy (xq) y hemos determinado

que el esarrollo del país va ha depender de su forma de gobierno.

decisions throughout its country; it is managed through civil law whose main characteristic is

that its core principles are codified in a reference system that serves as a primary source of law.

Its economic system is mixed, this is given by the cooperation between the government and

the industries, the Japanese custom of hard work and the mastery of technology have led Japan to

the economic success that it enjoys today in less than half a century.

The analysis of HDI, GDI, and GII between the countries of Algeria, Colombia, North Korea

and Japan has been carried out. Where we have found Japan as the winning country since human

development, obtaining a decent and healthy life, gender development and global innovation

continues to increase compared to the other countries analyzed.
