I’ve Been Considering

Matthew Shepard
and I Believe His Murder Was Faked

by Dagen D. Proveritas

First published January 15, 2020

Recently, a local choral group in my community performed a piece of music enti-

tled Considering Matthew Shepard. It is an oratorio, which is kind of like an
opera but without the acting (think Handel’s Messiah), 100 minutes in length, ex-
ploring the life, death and legacy of a college student from Wyoming, who in
1998 was allegedly beaten and tortured, tied to a fencepost and left for dead, all
simply for being gay. This incident was part of the beginning of the promotion of
the whole LGBT movement of the past twenty years, which has been ramped up
to a very high degree in the last several years. Let me just say for the record I
have nothing against gay or lesbian people. I consider myself a liberal person (I
am neither a Democrat nor Republican) and believe everyone should be free to
live their lives as they see fit. I am only against being lied to. I guess I had
missed this story when it first appeared in the press. I suppose I can say that I
knew something smelled fishy here, intuiting this story for what i know it to be:
more theater from our friends at the CIA. We will now explore the evidence of
this, freely available on the internet.

Let us begin with the mainstream account at Wikipedia. There we find Matthew
Wayne Shepard was born in Casper, WY to Judy (née Peck) and Dennis Shep-
ard. Miles: I have hit the Shepards many times, think the actors Sam Shepard
and Cybill Shepherd. He lived there until his family moved to Saudi Arabia where
his father was hired at Saudi Aramco, supposedly as an oil rig inspector. The
two parents were housed at the Saudi Aramco Residential Camp in Dhahran,
while Matthew was enrolled at The American School in Switzerland, or TASIS.
This school is listed at Business Insider as being one “of the most exclusive
boarding schools of the super-rich”. I would probably call that a gigantic red
flag. Must be a pretty good paying job to inspect oil rigs for Saudi Aramco.
TASIS is located in the quaint mountain hamlet of Montagnola, just south of the
city of Lugano. Just for kicks I looked to see who else may have lived in Lugano
and I came up with the names Heinrich Thyssen, Hermann Hesse, and
Mariuccia Medici, whom readers of Miles’ previous papers will certainly recog-
nize. I would also like to note that there just so happens to be a large Air Force
Base just south of this compound, the King Abdulaziz Air Force Base. It was
built in 1943 and operated by the United States Air Force until 1962, but I will
assume that is a lie, as usual, and USAF still runs the place. This would be a
pretty convenient place to live if one was working on projects for military intelli-
gence.

After graduating from TASIS Matthew returned to the US, and then subsequently

He then attended Catawba College in North Carolina and Casper College in Wyoming,
before settling in Denver, Colorado. Shepard became a first-year political science major
at the University of Wyoming in Laramie with a minor in languages,[4] and was chosen as
the student representative for the Wyoming Environmental Council.[2]

Wait. What? He attended college at two different schools but then became a
first year student at University of Wyoming in Laramie… after settling in Denver.
This obviously makes no sense, and I think it is no accident. I believe they are
stirring your brain here. If you are so confused trying to make sense of this
(among other things) you won’t notice the other inconsistencies in this story, of
which there are plenty, as you will see.
If we take a look at Matthew’s parents, an Intelius search yields little of any value.
There are no listings at Geni for either of them. One funny thing is if you look at
the dad’s listing at Intelius, it has the mom and both sons, Logan and Matthew,
listed as relatives. But if you click on the mother’s listing it only has the dad and
the one son Logan, but not Matthew. Also, Logan is said to have been born in
1981, making him 39 years old. But if we click on Logan’s listing there, they have
him as being 53 years old. Weird. Matthew’s own listing has him working at the
University of Wyoming. Hmm. Maybe he worked for a short time as a cashier in
the school bookstore or the student union? The same page also shows he has
spent time in Hempstead, TX. I didn’t see anything about that in the mainstream
stories. What’s in Hempstead? There is a listing for Matthew at Wikitree that
has both parents listed as <private>. They are obviously trying to hide something
here. There are Shepard/Sheppards listed in the British peerage. Perhaps they
don’t want us making that connection. That would be my guess.
A supposed friend of and limo driver for Shepard was a guy named Thomas E. J.
“Doc” O’Connor. Intelius lists no relatives and only Doc’s Western Village as
places worked. However, if we switch over to Instantcheckmate we get some-
thing interesting. Thomas E. Oconnor, same age, 71, has about four other alias-
es including Thomas E. Oconnor, Thomas O. Connor, Thomas O. Conner,
Thomas E. Connor and Thomas J. Oconnor. Huh, weird. He is related to a Viola
Connor and three people with the last name Oconnor. Okay, I’m confused here.
So which is it, Connor, or Oconnor? His website looks like it’s from 1997. What
the hell is that? So we are supposed to believe this kid hires a $325 limo ride ev-
ery time we wants to go out to a gay bar? All that money his dad made at Saudi
Aramco must have paid for that. Actually, this Doc O’Connor is most likely a
spook, or even more likely, he doesn’t even exist at all, except on paper. More
on that later.

According to the mainstream story, young Matthew had a pretty rough go of

things in his short life, for such a privileged kid. They tell us at Wikipedia that he
was gang-raped in Morocco while on vacation. But according to this article, he
was in Morocco on a school trip. A gang of locals supposedly raped him 6 times
and took his shoes. What? He also supposedly, according to Wiki, had his jaw
broken by a bartender for making a pass at him. But according to this article, he
was in Cody on another family vacation and went off to a bar by himself and got
drunk and left with some strangers. He then blacked out and woke up with a split
lip and a bruised jaw. The bartender later confessed to police that Matthew had
made a pass at him and he felt compelled to hit him. He freely admitted that to
police? We are supposed to believe that, because this was Laramie, WY in the
mid 90’s that there were no legal repercussions for this bartender beating up a
gay guy that came on to him. Sure thing. There was also talk in several places I
researched mentioning he had HIV, but the stories are contradictory. In that
same article it says he was afraid of HIV and always used protection. It goes on
to say that no one knew he was HIV positive at the time of his death. Now Doc
O’Connor claims Matthew told him he was HIV positive, according to this source.
In this same piece Doc claims he himself had a homosexual encounter with
Aaron Mckinney, Shepard’s murderer! What the hell is going on here?!

On the night of the murder, Aaron Mckinney and Russell Henderson picked up
Matthew at a bar called the Fireside. They drove him in Mckinney’s pickup truck
to a remote area, took his wallet and beat him in the head several times with a .
357 Smith and Wesson Magnum. Then they took his shoes. Again, what?
[Shoes in both stories are usual Intel marker. See the prominent shoes in many
fake mass shootings.] They then tied him to a fencepost and left him for dead.
Why would they bother lifting him up to tie him up to a fence? People are heavy,
especially unconscious, as dead weight. That would be a lot of work, even for
someone with such a slight build as Mr. Shepard. This makes absolutely no
sense. Then they proceeded back to town to pick a fight with two Hispanic
teenagers and beat them as well. So, they were homophobic and racist. Pretty
convenient for the mainstream narrative, don’t you think? After being arrested for
this fight, where Matthew’s wallet and shoes were found, along with their bloody
pistol in their truck, they eventually confessed to the beating of Matthew. Mean-
while, back at the fencepost, Matthew was found by a passing cyclist, Aaron
Kreifels, who, after realizing Matthew was not a scarecrow, apparently phoned
police. He was found with his face covered in blood “except where his tears had
washed his face clean”. Cue the sad violin music. If he had indeed been pistol
whipped with a .357 magnum it probably would have killed him instantly. Have
you ever seen a .357 magnum? It is a very large, very heavy revolver with a
long, large barrel. It could easily put a hole in someone’s head with just one
blow, splattering their brains everywhere. This clearly could not be what is
claimed to have happened.

Here we should mention the anti-gay pastor, Fred Phelps, who was demonstrat-
ing/ picketing at Matthew’s funeral. Phelps graduated from high school at age 16
and received an appointment to the US Military Academy at West Point, but,
according to Wikipedia, decided to pursue a religious calling after attending a re-
vival meeting. Yeah, sure. I will assume instead he was recruited by intelligence
to pose as a crazy religious nut as part of Operations COINTEL/CHAOS. This
was in 1947. Year one of the CIA. I will also assume that he was inserted here
to draw more attention to this event, which he certainly did. Guess who else was
there? Peter, Paul and Mary. No shit. (see Miles’ paper on the folk scene)

The supposed killers, Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson have both been
interviewed on television while in prison. As we saw in Miles’ paper on the Tate
murders, there are no television interviews of federal prisoners, since they are
only allowed to speak to police, their attorneys and immediate family members.
This alone is enough to discredit the whole story. Of course they give us the
usual story of them being transferred to other prison facilities because of “over-
crowding”. McKinney is now in a prison in Mississippi and is “not agreeing to in-
terview requests, according to the Wyoming Department of Corrections.” Of
course he isn’t. He has, however, “spoken with” actor Greg Pierotti in 2009 dur-
ing a 10-hour interview, as part of a propaganda piece, I mean play, headed up
by a guy named Moisés Kaufman, called The Laramie Project. Hmm. Project,
eh? This guy has worked at such places as National Arts Strategies, Inc., The
Atlantic, I Am My Own Wife (another propaganda piece), and Lightborne publish-
ing co., a Hollywood visual effects production company. Tell me this, why would
you need strategy when dealing with art? Sounds de finitely like an intelligence
project to me.

In 2014, a woman named Michele Josue made a movie called Matt Shepard Is a
Friend of Mine. Just in case anyone had forgotten about this fake murder by
then, it had to be hyped yet again, hence this latest propaganda production. The
film was, of course, showered with praise from many spook rags including The
New York Times, New York Daily News, Slate, The Los Angeles Times, The Hol-
lywood Reporter, San Francisco Chronicle and others. She supposedly attended
TASIS with Shepard. She also attended Emerson College, a noted spook
school with such alumni as Paul Thomas Anderson, David Cross, Norman Lear,
Brandon Lee, Jay Leno, David Foster Wallace and many, many others. As proof
of her friendship with Shepard we get these two beauties:
Pretty bad fakes here. Let’s start with the first picture. All those people have
been pasted in. That is Michele in the tan shirt and bobbed haircut. Look at the
unnatural way the outline of her head meets the background. That is a very
sharp line there. She evidently exists in only two dimensions. Also look at her
shoulder on your right and the way it sits in front of the other girl. The girl with
the Coke can’s shoulder looks to be at least a foot behind Michele’s, while her
arm appears to be inside of Michele’s hip! The way Matthew is posed there is
also unnatural, as is the way his left elbow meets Michele’s neckline. Take a
look at his other elbow. Can you imagine yourself sitting with someone like that?
And what is that under his armpit on your left? Also, what is the person with the
plaid shorts looking at? The second picture is admittedly more well done. But
just look at the glaring inconsistencies in the lighting and focus of the two sub-
jects. Look at how washed out Matthew’s lower neck is. Also his hands. His
face is terribly out of focus compared to the relatively sharp re flections on the car
in front. How can Michele’s hair be so dark on the top of her head while
Matthew’s is very light in the same spot? That isn’t possible. Look at how dark
the shadow is under her jawline on our left and how light the shading is on the
opposite side of Matthew’s neck. And again, what is he looking at? You might
ask how the re flections of those two appear on the car if they’ve been pasted in,
but that can easily be added in Photoshop. I know. I looked it up.

We have some misdirection on all this to drum up even more publicity. This is
from a guy named Stephen Jiminez, who wrote a book called The Book of Matt,
where he postulates that Shepard was murdered during a robbery. The killers in
this case were supposedly after his supply of methamphetamine. We get more
misdirection when we see this article admitting it is a hoax. Of course they try and
spin that, saying that the reason he was murdered, for being gay, was a hoax.
But we can be sure that the whole thing was indeed a hoax. We have seen this
type of misdirection many times before, creating arguments on both sides to dis-
tract people from realizing this whole event was faked.

According to encyclopedia.com, the judge in the case was Barton Voigt. But ac-
cording to Wikipedia it was district judge Jeffrey A. Donnell. Huh. A Google
search on Voigt will bring up this article, telling us that Donnell was sworn off the
case by the defendants’ attorneys. The article claims

The attorneys didn't say why they wanted Donnell bumped, nor were they re-
quired to do so.

Well that’s funny, since according to Wyoming state law

Mere allegation of judicial bias is insufficient to form basis for disqualification. —

Specific facts showing bias must be presented in the affidavit supporting the motion.
Pearson v. State, 866 P.2d 1297 (Wyo. 1994).
In the same article Voigt mentions the OJ Simpson case, which occurred a cou-
ple years prior to this. He claims he didn’t want to be like Lance Ito and be plas-
tered all over television. He should (and I don’t doubt he does, but thinks you
don’t) know they don’t allow TV cameras in court. Again, Miles has covered this
extensively in his paper on the Simpson trial and the USA gymnastics team fracas.
The coroner for the Shepard autopsy was a woman named Julie Heggie. That’s
funny because in her listing at Intelius, while it does indeed say she studied at
Commonwealth College of Funeral Service, there is no mention whatsoever of
her working anywhere having anything to do with deceased people, only
Wyoming Equality (an LGBT organization. Hmm. So the county coroner just so
happens to be involved with this as well?) and various llama and alpaca related
organizations. Uhh, okay. A Google search on her brings us this. Check out the
byline on this article! October 31. Halloween. Anyway, it says that when the
new coroner, Tom Ferguson took over in 2008, there were many missing
records, including the Shepard autopsy report. Pretty convenient, I’d say. The
actual pathologist on the case was a Dr. Patrick Allen, coroner and medical ex-
aminer from Larimer Co., CO. He claims he kept his own records of his autop -
sies. However, Ferguson said he wouldn’t attempt to track down new records
until he determined if records were indeed missing. Sooo, I guess that’s that,
then. Dr. Allen apparently performed several high pro file autopsies including
Shepard’s and also the victims of a plane crash near Denver carrying members
and staff of the 2001 Oklahoma State basketball team. Incidentally, the plane
was a Beechcraft Super King Air 200. Hmm. Is it possible this event was faked
as well? We’ll have to check that out another time.
The Shepard murder was used as inspiration for a Hate Crimes Bill in conjunc-
tion with another incident involving James Byrd, Jr., also occurring in 1998. It
was signed into law by Barack Obama in 2009. This incident was most likely
faked as well, though I won’t take the time to investigate that here, either. [Actu-
ally, it was faked. See Miles’ paper on the Black Panthers.] This is also convenient
because if we have “hate crime legislation” enacted, then we can more easily
convince people that “hate crimes” exist. They don’t.
At this point, I would like to mention an article I stumbled across in my research
from The Advocate, a pro LGBT publication. It contains a list of 19 transgender
people who were supposed victims of murder. The first is Ashanti Carmon from
Alexandria, VA. Sorry. That person doesn’t exist, except in the minds of the
scriptwriters at Langley. An Intelius search yields nothing, and Instantcheckmate
has a listing with no information at all, except that this person lives in Washing-
ton, DC. Yeah, right. At the Pentagon. Next victim is Claire Legato. Seriously?
Why not: Blaire Staccato? She was supposedly shot in the head by a guy
named John Booth. What was his middle name, Wilkes?! Next we have Muh-
laysia Booker. She was beaten by a mob and then, in a later incident, murdered
by a guy named Kendrell Lavar Lyles, age 33 at the time of the murder. You’ve
got to be kidding me. I could go through the rest of them but I think you get the
picture.
I linked to that wonderful specimen from this article, at the same spook publication.
In it, we see what these people are up to, by their own admission.
"Before the election, we thought we weren't going to be as busy because things
were on the right track and that, were Hillary to be elected, we'd stay on that
track and even progress more," said Judy Shepard. "And then there's this mess
happening now and total turnaround, empowering the haters."

Indeed, hate crimes are on the rise; they increased 17 percent in 2017, accord-
ing to a report from the FBI. Counties where Trump held rallies leading up to
the 2016 election saw a massive spike of 226 percent, which points to a "Trump
effect" of the president's rhetoric against marginalized people infaming ha-
tred. Racists, homophobes, and national terrorists "see leadership doing the
things they've apparently always wanted to do, and now they are, they're en-
couraged," said Judy Shepard.

Actually, we know this isn’t even remotely true, and we have actual evidence for
that. That links to Miles' paper on Charlottesville, and his guest writer's paper on
the skinheads, so we know these events are being faked, just like Shepard's
event.

What got me involved in this story, as I mentioned earlier, was the musical com-
position Considering Matthew Shepard. It was written by a composer by the
name of Craig Hella Johnson. They don’t say exactly where he is from, only say-
ing he was born in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. He went on to study music at
several schools, including Juilliard, University of Illinois at Urbana-Cham-
paign and Yale. He worked for eight years as the director of choral activities at
the University of Texas in Austin. He has no genealogy listed at Geni or Wik-
itree. Since this guy is a fairly famous person, this leads me to believe this is in-
tentional, and that something is being hidden. My guess is he is probably related
to these Shepards, as is usually the case in these projects. I myself have even
made similar connections in a previous paper.

The album was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2017, but not for its content,
as we are being lead to believe. It was nominated for the Best Surround Sound
Album category. The Wikipedia entry for this category says

It is one of a few categories which are open to both classical and non-classical recordings,
new or re-issued. To qualify for this category, the recording must be in surround quality
(with a minimum of four channels). The recordings must be commercially available on
either DVD-Audio, DVD-Video, Blu-ray, SACD, surround download or a streaming-on-
ly copy. The award goes to the engineer, mastering engineer (if any) and producer. These
used to be called Surround Engineer, Surround Mastering Engineer and Surround Sound
Producer, respectively, but from 2020 the descriptions are Immersive Audio Engineer,
Immersive Audio Mastering Engineer and Immersive Audio Producer, respectively. Per-
forming artists do not receive the award, except if they are also the surround (mastering)
engineer or the surround sound producer.
So Johnson himself did not receive the Grammy nomination for this recording,
even though many sources continue to report that he did. Of course, an agenda
is being promoted here, and needless to say, I for one, don’t appreciate the
brazen deceit being conducted on many levels here.

Before we go, we must touch on Father/Rev. Roger Schmit. He is an enigma of

sorts. For one thing, I have never seen that name spelled thusly. He was the fa-
ther at the Catholic Newman Center at the university. Usually, Catholic priests
are not referred to as Reverend, but Father. In fact, growing up Catholic myself,
this has never been my experience. Reverend is typically reserved for Protestant
clergy, so that is interesting to see him referred to as either, depending on the
source. He is said to be have organized and held a vigil for Matthew at the New-
man Center. Matthew was described as being Episcopalian, not Catholic mind
you, so I’m not sure why he would be involved here in this capacity. Schmit was
also reportedly with the family at the hospital when Matthew was taken off life
support. He supposedly also counseled young Mr. McKinney while in prison af-
ter his arrest. Geez, this guy’s everywhere! He is described as a character in
The Laramie Project play, which I see as a clue in itself. He also has an IMDB
page. NPR has more on this as of 2009. According to them he is now Roger
Schmitthe. Come again? I guess we needed another new twist here to confuse
us some more before we started putting two and two together. NPR to the res-
cue! One last thing about this Roger Schmit is that he appears to have been in-
volved in some (I assume fake) kidnapping of Frank Sinatra, Jr. This is the most
telling piece I have come across. It is very interesting since we know that “the
mob” had been taken over by the CIA before or around the same time as this in-
cident and the Kennedy Assassination (see Miles’ paper on that). They say he
was 29 years old at the time, so that would put him at the right age to be the
same person. We have a big red flag here with this guy.

I just stumbled across this interesting piece, admitting that The Laramie Project
is indeed propaganda. It is from World Net Daily, a publication of Jerome Corsi,
where we get a little more information on our buddy Doc O’Connor. In case you
don’t know, Corsi is a big time spook, associated with the likes of Alex Jones,
George Noory, Richie Allen, Jordan Maxwell and that ilk. So this will be from the
perspective of our option B, as opposed to our option A, namely the mainstream
story. Boy, it sure is considerate of them to give us two choices! That’s nice.
Here they pull us in with some truth right off the bat and then spin it off in another
direction, effectively misdirecting those of us who are partially educated. In it
they divulge this Doc is not only bi-sexual himself, but is also a former porn actor
and self-described “hustler” that would drive groups of people to and from bars in
the Fort Collins/ Denver area on drug and alcohol-laden excursions. Apparently
in The Book of Matt (I admittedly didn’t waste my time reading any of it) it is
claimed that McKinney and Shepard indeed knew each other and even occupied
Doc’s limo together during a group sex encounter as part of Doc’s “escort
service”! Wow. But this alternative narrative they feed us still supports the main-
stream, ignoring the fact this event was faked altogether, as our option B always
does. That is why we always look for option C: the truth.
I finally decided to do a search on Wikitree for Judy Shepard and… boom! Jack-
pot. All listings are private, but I think they still give up the farm here. The first
one is “Living Kuhn”, managed by Charles Oliver. Next is “Living Coonts”, man-
aged by Paul Fleetwood. Third is “Living Peck”, managed by Lance Martin. We
know from Wikipedia her maiden name is Peck, so despite their efforts, they tell
us what we need to know in short order. One, two, three. Readers of Miles’ pa-
pers will know that Kuhn/Coonts = Cohen. Here they are again! Oliver could link
us to Oliver Cromwell, and Fleetwood may link us to the Peerage. If I want any
information on these listings, I need to contact the respective page managers,
but I doubt they would give it to me.
