About us
Ours, KKP Group of Mills, a prudential and well organized company is having namely
K.K.P. Textiles Pvt Limited having [ 1,00,000 spindles capacity ] at N. Pudupatti, 8 kms from
Namakkal town towards Trichy, Tamilnadu, South India.

Initially, M/s. K.K.P. Textiles Pvt Ltd., our flag ship company was started in the year
1987 by take-over of a small unit and it is functioning since then with a lot of modernization
and expansion. Our Managing Director namely Mr.P.Chinnaswamy are elegant and
enthusiastic persons and he is the pillars who developed our company right from the inception.
Our group is a professionally managed one administrated efficiently by our Managing Director.

We are of hard working nature concentrating the day to day activities by spending their
whole time for the furtherance of the organization. They are sharing their responsibilities with
our Managing Directors in the day to day affairs and taking part in the development activities
of the company.

Mr. P. Chinnaswamy is our Managing Director’s is a technocrat and competent person

having profound knowledge in procuring cotton varieties both indigenous and imported for the
past 18 years. He has been certified by the Rhodes University, Memphis, USA for th e purchase
of cotton.

Our mills previously having ISO 9002 quality system from year 1999 were recently
certified with ISO 9001:2000 by TUV certification body, Germany during the month of
December 2003 which is really a boost for us to establish our yarn qu ality in the export market
comprehensively.
Infrastructure

100% Cotton Yarn for High Speed Knitting and weaving Ring Spun yarn ( carded/
Combed):Ne 21/1s, 30/1s, 32/1s, 40/1s (Knitting/ Weaving/ Slub) and Open End Yarn: Ne 6/1s,
8/1s, 10/1s, 12/1s, 14/1s, 16/1s and 21/1s.

Further, we have started achieving 5% Uster Standard level in yarn quality in terms of
imperfections and Classimat faults and exporting our yarn to China, Germany, Korea, Hong
Kong, Taiwan & European countries, Bangladesh for the past 15 years directly as well as thro’
merchants from both of our units. This accomplishment is mainly due to devoted teamwork and
perseverance in our day to day activities.

Quality
We have pucca centralized Quality Assurance Lab in our K.K.P. Textiles Pvt ltd fully
equipped with the latest following testing equipments.

Uster HVI 900 Classic Automatic Cotton testing equipment and bales management
system software Uster AFIS Pro (Latest 4th Generation equipment – Recently purchased) Yarn
Quality Levels matching to USTER 5% standards.

Uster Tester IV: Uster Classimat – III Tester for Online Quality Assurance, Applied
Automation, Cascade equipment for Count and Strength testing.

We are participating in the international Round Test evaluation of our testing equipments
for which “Testex” cops from Swiss Textile Testing Institute , Switzerland and “USDA” cotton
from Memphis, USA are sent to our mills once in three months for assessing the accuracy of
our lab equipments
With the help of the HVI cotton testing equipment, each and every individual cotton bales
after arrival are being tested for all the fibre properties and issued to the mixing by adopting
the Bale Inventory Analysis System (BIAS). This equipment is very much helpful to us in
selecting good quality cotton bales alone and foretells us to reject the poor quality cotton ba les.

With the availability of testing equipments, we are doing services at concessional rates
for other surrounding mills (Around 100 Mills) also regularly and they are benefited out of this.
 We are proud to say that we are conducting innumerable trials in our yarn manufacturing
process and making so many continuous improvements in our yarn quality with the help of the
testing equipments and robust technical team .

Selling And Marketing Arrangements:

We are presently having our customers throughout India to purchase our Cotton Yarn
and Viscose Yarn. We have proposed to sell our product, i.e., Cotton Yarn, Viscose yarn to such
customers. Also we are exporting our Cotton Yarn and Viscose yarn to Europe, Far East and
other Asian countries.
