ANSWER
COMES NOW, the defendant, through the undersigned counsel and
unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:
That he ADMITS the contents of paragraph 1, 2 and 7 only insofar as his
personal circumstances are concerned;
That he ADMITS his act of having an affair with another woman, but DENY
the rest of the allegations therein especially taking Aisha with him.
That defendant is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief
as to the veracity of the averments in paragraph 18 of the complaint;
That defendant was in Berlin, Germany on September 27, 2006 as evidence
by PAL ticker 23456 as annex “C”
That it was plaintiff herself who gave their daughter to her Mother “Maria
Teresa” for an overnight at their residence due to power outages suffered in
the plaintiff’s vicinity.
WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully prays that the complaint be
dismissed with costs against the plaintiff.
Other relief and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable under
the premises are likewise prayed for.
