注意事项和警告:

Note and warning

1、 请提供可靠接地,PLC 地、电机地及机台接地;

Pls supply reliable grounding, plc grounding, power grounding and grounding

2、 请检查电压是否稳定,要求的电压范围(三相 380V+10%+零线)。若电网不

稳请提供在线式稳压电源。

Pls check if the pressure is stable, and the pressure range required (3 phase

380V+10%+zero line )

3、 编码器等信号线尽量与动力线分开以避免干扰,影响测量精度;

In order to avoid disturbance and effect for the measure precision, Signal line such

as Encoder should be depart from power line

4、 PLC 环境温度:0℃~40℃

Plc ambient temperature 0℃~40℃

MD206L 环境温度:0℃~40℃

MD206L ambient temperature 0℃~40℃

5、 变频器环境要求:

Transducer environmental requirement

温度: -10℃~40℃

撞击:避免变频器遭受猛烈撞击

Impact: violent impact should be avoided for transducer

振动:不要将变频器装在经常发行振动的地方

Shake: pls don’t put the transducer on the place where there ofter occur shakes.

电磁干扰:不要将变频器安装在电磁干扰源附近

Electromagnetism disturb: pls don’t install the transducer near from the

electromagnetism

空气污染:不要将变频器安装在有灰尘,腐蚀尾气体等空气污染的环境里

Air pullution: don’t install the transducer in the place with air pollution, such as

dust, corrosive tail gas and so on.

潮湿:注意不要将控制台安装在潮湿场所,以免产生凝露损坏控制台内元器

Dampness: don’t install the control panel in the dampy place, avoid produce

condensation to damage the component in the console

过热:确保变频器通风良好,

Superheating: pls ensure excellent ventilation for transducer.

不要对变频器电缆电间进行绝缘测试;变频器工作时不要触摸其内部;若供电电

源加到变频器输出端子上会将其损坏;

Pls don't have insulation test between the cables of transducer; pls don’t touch

inside of transducer when it work; it will damage the transducer if put power source

on the output terminal of transducer;

6、 本控制柜不得放置在阳光直射下的地方;

The control cabinet must be sheltered from direct sunlight

7、 非专业人员请勿调整柜内装置

One who is not a professional, pls don’t adjust device in the cabinet.

8、 若因上述原因造成的设备损坏,费用由用户自行承当;

All expenses should be pay by user if the damage is caused by above reasons

9、 柜内接线若有变动,恕不另行通知;

The change of the connection in the cabinet without notice

警告!

Warning!

1、 控制台内变频器不能驱动一台额定功率比它大或不足其一半的电机,只有变

频器的额定电流与电机铭牌相匹配时才能运行;

The transducer can not drive a motor which its rated power is bigger than the

transducer’s or less than the half of the transducer’s

2、 本变频器不适用于带有机械“紧急停止”的场合

The transducer is not fit for the situation with the note of “urgent stop” for

machines.

3、 禁止将输出端子(U、V、W)接到交流电源上,以避免发生伤害事故及火灾;

即禁止将电源进线接到电机出线端子上,否则将损坏变频器;

Pls don’t put the output terminal(U,V,W) on the AC power supply, and avoide

accident or fire occurd; that is, pls don’t put the power input terminal on the output

terminal of the motor, otherwise it will damage the transducer.

一、 系统组成

Sistem composition

本系统由一台 PLC、HMI 终端及一台 VFD-M 变频器、限位开关、编码器及其

它元件所组成的电气控制回路。

This system is a Electricity control loop with a PLC, HMI terminal and a VFD-M

transducer,limit switch, encoder and other components

系统功能

1、 可进行多批彩钢生产、片数、每批长度可任意设定。

Can work with many batches of color steel coil, pieces and length of each

batch can be established wilfully

2、 采用触摸终端 HMI,操作简便、易懂;

Use touches terminal HMI, operate easily, and easy to understand

3、 由编码器自动测量长度;

The length can be surveied by encoder automatically

4、 整个系统运行和剪切过程可自动进行,并在文本显示终端上动态显示机台

运行情况:如批次、片数和当前片的运行长度,无须人工干预;

The whole system operation and cutting can work automatically, and the

operation situation will be showed dynamic on the text display terminal; such

as the time of batch, pieces and the length of the sheet in the main machine, no

need the manual intervention

5、 可单独控制油泵、切刀的动作及机台的运行;

Can control oil pump, action of dies and the operation of machine separately

6、 系统可设置钢板剪切的最多批数为 50 批,每批最多片数为 9999,长度范

围为 0.001~99.999 米.

Max batch is 50 batches, and max pieces for each batch is 9999, the range of

length is 0.001~99.999m

7、 操作面板及操作

1、 触摸终端是用于机台内部参数设置及生产设定(如批数、长度、片数)及显示

报警和当前运行状况的人机界面,操作方法如下:

Touches terminal is a human-machine interface that can set the parameter of

machine and the production(such as batches, length, pieces), show the alarm

and current working situation, operating method is following:

注意:按键操作时用手指心点击即可,不可过重,不可用指甲或其它坚硬物进

行操作,以免损坏按键或减少其寿命;

Note: pls use ur finger heart to click the screen when key-press operate, don’t

press too hard, can not use ur nail or other stiff object to operate, otherwise

that will damage the key-press or reduce it’s life

控制回路上电后,显示屏上首先显示机台控制系统的生产厂家,显示如下:

Afer give power to the control loop, then it will show the manufacturer of the

machine control system at first, it will be as following:

5 秒后将自动翻转或直接点击“进 入”显示机台运行状况的画面,如下:

After 5 seconds, it will turn automatic or u can click “enter” to show the picture of

the running of machine. As following:

点击“系统设置”可进入调试参数设定画面;

Click “system setting”, can enter into the picture of adjustment of parameters

生产单设定:

Production list setting:

总批数:为当前生产单中总共需要的批数,设定范围 1-50 批;

The total of Batches: it should be the total batches in the production list, the ranges

is 1-50batches.

设置批号:为当前生产所需设定的批号,设定范围 1-总批数;

Seting number of batch: it should be the number which are need by current

production , the ranges is 1-total batches

设定片数:为当前批号需要生产的总片数,设定范围 1-9999;

Setting pieces: it should be the total pieces for the number of the batch, ranges is

1-9999;

设定长度:为当前批号生产每片的长度 0.001—99.999;

Setting length: it should be the length of each piece for the current batch,

0.001-99.999

注:可点击“前 翻”或“后 翻”来选择所要设定的当前批号的各个参数。

PS: can click “down” or “up” to select the parameters you want set for the current

batch.

点击“+”或“-”来设定主动变频器的频率,以调节主动的运行速度;

Click“+”or“-”to set the frequency of initiative transducer, to adjust the active

running speed

频率是通过 PLC 的 RS485 接口通迅给定到变频器的;

Frequency is sent to the transducer by RS485 interface of PLC

运行状态:表示系统的正在进行的工续,共有 4 种(正常运行、减速运行、

零速剪切、设定生产结束)
;自动运行-自动停止

operational status: to show the on-going process of the system, that is of four

kinds(normal running, reduce speed running, zero speed cutting, set for over production )

当前批号:当前正在生产的批号;

Current batch number: batch number of current product

当前片数:当前完成生产量;

Current pieces: capacity have finished at that time.

测量长度:实时测得的长度;

Measure length: a length is measured in real time

点击“自动启动”:自动运行时重启动,从生产设置的第一批第一片开始运行;

Click “autostart”: restart when automatic running, and work with the first piece of the

sheet of the first batch in the production setup.

点击“生产继续”:生产自动运行未完成停止时,从前面的生产完成的批数片数

继续下去;

Click “continue”: it will continue the work from the piece number and batch number

when the work that it have not finished completelly was stoped

during automatic running

点击“自动停止”:生产自动运行未完成停止自动运行;

Click “autostop”: stop automatic running when the work hasnot been

finished completelly during auto running.

点击“测长清零”:系统处于手动状态下时,当前测量长度清零;自动状态无效。

Click “clear”: to clear the measuring length when the system is in the manual state;

auto state is null

进入系统参数设定画面时如下:

Enter system parameter setting, the picture will be as following:

点击“运行操作”可进入生产状况显示画面;

Click “operate” then u can enter into the condition of production

测量周长:为安装编码器的与彩钢接触测量滚轮的周长,该参数的设置准确与否直接影

响测量精度;必须准确设定,具体设定方法参照(四)说明;

Measure perimeter:

固定偏长:指在定长时每片所固定偏长长度;

Fix partial length: the fix partial length for each piece of sheet with fix length

固定偏短:指在定长时每片所固定偏短长度;

Fix partial short length: fix partial short length for each piece of sheet with fix length.

批数设定:是指本系统可生产的最大的批数大小;设定值 1—50 批。

Batches setting: the max batch number for the system, default value is 1-50 batch

减速距离:指在需要停止冲孔和剪切定位前的缓冲长度(由于系统有惯性);

Deceleration distance: the buffer length before stop punching and cutting position (because

of system inertial )

编码器分辨率:4000(固定值:为编码的脉冲数*4);

Encoder resolution:4000(fixed value: pulse number*4 )

切刀厚度:为机台实际切刀厚度大小而定;

Thickness of dies:

实际测量长度与“周长计算”:为快速计算测量轮周长而设置的;

Measurement length and “perimeter calculate”: just for calculate and measure the

perimeter of roller

快速设定法:在设定一个测量轮周长后,生产设置完成后,不启动油泵,启动自动运行

时,让板材走完第一片进入“零速剪切”状态时,用卷尺测量出此片板材的实际长度值,

将此长度值设入实际长度中后按“周长计算“,可弹出如下画面;按“确认记录”则

使计算出的周长结果保存到测量轮周长中。使 HMI 上显示的测量长度等于实际长度

值,此时设定的测量轮周长为合适测量轮周长.按“取消返回”则不将计算结果保存到

测量轮周长中;

Quick setting: after finished the length of one measuring wheel and production

setting, don’t start the oil pump, and start auto running, after the first sheet enter into “zero

speed cutting” state, please measure the actual length of the sheet, and write down it one

the panel, then to press “per. cal” button, it will show you a picuter like below: press

“save” can save the value to the measuring wheel perimeter. In order to make the value

showed on HMI equal to actual value, then at that time, the value is right measuring wheel.

Press “cancel” to not save the value to measuring wheel.

若变频器或油泵电机发生故障时,故障灯将闪亮;同时自动提示故障画面:

If transducer or oil pump function improperly, the trouble light will go on; at the same

time, automatic present malfunction picture

其中点击“系统参数”可进入系统参数设定画面;

Click “system parameter”, can enter into the picture of setting system parameter.

点击“运行操作”进入系统运行操作画面;

Click “” can enter into the picture of system running operation

二、 操作步骤

Operate step:

1、 通电

Power on

操作前需合上主电路开关,与控制回路开关;

Please ensure the main circuit switch and control loop switch on before

operation

2、 手动试机 manual test running

将手动选择置于“手动”位置,可把按下主机正转按钮,则主机正转运

行,按主动反转按钮,则主动反转运行;主动停止按钮可停止主动运行,

油泵启动按钮和油泵停止按钮用于启停油泵。按切刀下按钮,则切刀下

行,到切刀下限位时切刀自动上行,当切刀不在上、下限位时按切刀上

按钮,则切刀上行。但切刀动作的前提是油泵必须处于运行状态。

Please place maual select in the “manual” position, and press prograde

button, then the main machine will run as prograde, press reversion button,

then the main machine will run as reversion; stop button can stop the

running of the machine, oil pump start button and oil pump stop button can

start and stop the oil pump,

3、 触摸终端上系统参数设定说明

Parameter setting on the programme sensor terminal

设置系统的调整参数(减速距离、测量周长、固定偏长、固定偏短)setting

the adjustment parameter(deceleration distance, measuring perimeter, fixed

partial length, fixed partial short)

注意:由于这些参数对整个系统的动行精度影响较大,修改时一定要谨

慎、认真,否则影响钢材的剪切精度。不提倡对这些参数的设置随意修改。

NOTE: please pay more attention when you modify the parameters, otherwise

it will affect the precision of the steel. Don’t modify the parameter willfully.

参数调整前的准备工作:Preparations before the adjustment of parameters.

参数调整前,首先应保证编码器不打滑和不卡死,具体检测方法是:please

ensure the encoder not to skid and , Concrete detection method are as follows

让机台走相同长度的钢板多片,测试其误差。若各片测出的相差较大,则说明

编码器和钢板间存在打滑或卡死现象。调整参数前,一般 1 米偏差为几毫米,若偏

差较大,需要检查编码器结构,解决好编码器问题后,再进行下面的参数调整。

Let many pieces of metal sheet with same length go through the main machine, then

to measure the error. If the difference with the errors is very big, then

系统的误差调整 error adjustment

固定偏长调整:fixed partial length adjustment

固定偏差指的是:因机台的惯性不同及停止时有可能出现板倒退现象,导致存

在固定偏差。即设置不同长度的钢板,实际剪出来的钢板的误差恒定,即不论 1 米、

2 米、还是多米,实际的偏差都是偏长或偏短。

Droop means: there will be a droop due to the phenomena of retrogress of the metal

sheet that it was caused by the difference of inertia of machine and stopping. That is,

setting difference length of metal sheet, and the error is invariablenes

固定偏长时,固定偏长值加上误差或固定偏短减去误差;

When fixed partial length, the value of fixed partial length add error or the value of

fixed partial short subtract error

固定偏短时,固定偏长值减去误差或固定偏短加上误差;When fixed partial short,

the value of fixed partial length subtract error or the value of fixed partial short add error

例:

初始状态:initial condition

固定偏长:00.0 cm

Fixed partial length:00.0cm

固定偏短:00.5 cm

Fixed partial short: 00.5cm

若此时,固定偏长 5 毫米,则固定偏长值应加上 5 毫米,即“固定偏长”为 00.5

cm,若此时固定偏短 3 毫米,则可在固定偏短值上加上偏差,即“固定偏短”为 00.8

cm

测量周长调整 adjustment of measuring perimeter

钢板运行中,通过测量轮转带动编码器旋转发出计数脉冲,这种测长方式与测

量轮周长有关,理论上精度可达非常高,但这在机械上达到理论上的精度,存在一

定的困难,即测量轮的周长同理论上的设计存在一定的精度偏差。这样随着钢板测

量距离的增大,误差增大,这就是造成系统存在线性偏差的原因。

Pulse will be send through the rotation of the encoder which is pushed by measuring

wheel during the moving of the metal sheet, and the method of measuring length is relate

to measuring wheel, the precision can be very high in principle, but there will be some

difficult for the precision in mechanical principle, that is, there will be some deviation with

the perimeter of measuring wheel and the design of it in principle. Then the error will be

increased as the measuring distance of the metal sheet increaseing, that is why there is

deviations from linearities in the system.

对这种偏差调整是通过调整测量周长来实现。可精确到 00.01 厘米,仅存在线性

偏差时可根据预设的钢板长度和实际剪切的钢板长度的偏差进行误差调整的计算,

即把偏差值除以预设的长度的计算周圈数,取到 0.01 厘米,根据实际是偏长还是偏

短采取一定的补尝揸施。偏长时,在测量周长参数上减去计算出来的补尝系数,偏

短时,在测量周长参数上加上计算出来的修正值,作为实际的测量周长。

It will be accomplished by the adjustment of measuring perimeter. It will be accurate

to 00.01cm, if there is only deviations from linearities, then we can calculate the error

according to the length of the sheet setted in advance and it’s real length, that is, deviation

value divide the circle numbers of the length setted in advance, it is accurate to 0.01cm,

and to undertake a certain measure for compensation according to the result, longer or

shorter. If longer, then subtract the compensation factor from the measuring perimeter, if

shorter, then add the compensation factor to the measuring perimeter as the real measuring

perimeter.

例:在不存在固定偏差的时。

Ex: When there is no droop,

测量周长:18.90CM(用游标卡尺测量出来的值)

Measurement perimeter:18.90cm(measured by vernier caliper)

测量出几段不同长度组后,记录不同的偏差值,作为误差修正的根据,然后

把不同的偏差值除以各自预设的长度的计算周圈数进行比较,取相对误差最小的数

值作为测量周长的修正值。如:3*18.75=0.75 米(即测量轮 3 圈的长度)时误差为

-3.3 毫米,1.5 米(即测量轮 6 圈的长度)时误差为-6.6 毫米,则误差系数取 3.3/3=1.1

或 6.6/6=1.1 毫米。则将测量周长修正为 18.75+0.11=18.86CM,可多次测量比较得出

一个精确的测量周长值。

After get several different measurement length, you can write down the different

amount of deflection as the basis to modify the error, then to compare the value which is

the result that the amount of deflection divide the calculate cycles of length, and selcet the

value which is the relative smallest error as the corrected value. Such as: 3*18.75 =

0.75m( the length of measuring wheel for 3 circles), the error is -3.3mm, 1.5m( the length

of measuring wheel for 6 circles), the error is -6.6mm, then the error coefficient is

3.3/3=1.1mmor 6.6/6=1.1mm, then measurement perimeter value should be 18.75+0.11=

18.86cm, you can test for some times to get a accurate measurement perimeter.

因惯性及测量轮机械精度的影响极可能同时存在线性偏差和固定偏差。通过测

量周长设定来进行修正,以提高精度。

Very likely deviations from linearities and droop are exist simultaneously due to

inertia and machinery precision of measuring wheel. You can modify it by setting the

measurement perimeter to improve the precision.

在试机过程中为了不浪费材料,可先不启动油泵或卸掉切刀,则系统自动运行

时,切刀不动作,可作标记分别走设定的长度,到所要求的长度后,再手动剪切。

In order not to waste material during test running, don’t start oil pump or you can

unload the cutting, then the cut will not make any action, and the sheet will go separately

on the specified length, when it reach the length you want, then you can cut it manually

快速设定法:在设定一个测量轮长度后,生产设置完成后,不启动油泵,启动自动运

行时,让板材走完第一片进入“零速剪切”状态时,用卷尺测量出此片板材的实际长度

值,然后调整测量轮周长大小,使 HMI 上显示的测量长度等于实际长度值,此时设定的

测量周长为合适测量轮周长.

Quick setting: after finished the length of one measuring wheel and production

setting, don’t start the oil pump, and start auto running, after the first sheet enter into “zero

speed cutting” state, please measure the actual length of the sheet, and adjust the size of

perimeter of measureing wheel to make the value showed on HMI equal to the actual

length, so at that moment the measurement perimeter is the suitable perimeter of

measuring wheel.

减速距离:机台以低速运行所设定的制动距离。

Deceleration distance: the brake distance of the machine when it is running with low

speed

4、 自动操作 automatic operation

先启动油泵电机, 开关“手动/自动”置于“自动” 位置,自动运行时,进入系统

运行操作画面,点击“自动启动”或“生产继续”,系统进入自动运行状态。若在运

行过程中要中断自动运行,可进入手动操作画面点击“自动停止”来停止自动运行。

在自动停止时,在需要按原来的未完成的生产任务即已完成的批号、片数上继续自

动运行当前显示的测量长度清零,则点击 “生产继续”则可继续自动运行;在自动运

行时如果遇到任何情况,可按 “系统急停”按钮,或“油泵停止”按钮来暂停油泵

“主动停止”来暂停主机,同时可通过“手动-自动”选择开关来手动运行,只要在

运行状态中显示“自动运行中”时,可“手动-自动”选择开关拔到自动,直接按“油

泵启动”和“主动启动”按钮可按现有的显示的测量长度继续自动运行下去。

Start oil pump motor at frist, place the switch of “manual/auto” in the auto position, you

will enter into the operation picture of system running during auto running, you can click

“auto start” or “continue”, then the system will enter into auto running state. If you want to

stop auto running during running, you can enter manual operation picture and click

“autostop” to stop the auto running. If you want to continue the work which has not been

finished completely from the batch number, piece number, you can click the “continue”

button to continue the work; In any case during auto running, you can press “emergency

shutdown” or “oil pump stop” button to adjourn the oil pump, and press “driver stop” to

adjourn the main machine, at the same time, you can manually run the machine by the

selector switch “manual/auto”, if only show “auto running” on the state panel, then you

can place the selector switch in the auto position, and press oil pump start and driver start

to continue the work from the current measurement length showed on the panel.

停机 Stop

遇故障或紧急情况时,可按急停按钮,整个系统将暂停运行,急停按钮为

旋转复位;

Please press “emergency stop” button to stop the whole system during

emergency or fault, “emergency stop” button is for rotation reset

注意:急停按钮复位后系将继续运行;

Note: the system will continue when the “emergency stop” button reset

故障处理:

Fault handling

1、 切出来的钢板精度偏差较大,首先须怀疑编码器机械结构及走线方式,编码

器信号线尽量与动力线分离,以避免干扰。

2、 手动或自动机台无法运行,可能是切刀或冲孔模具未在上限或急停按钮不在

释放位置,释放急停按钮及调整切刀和冲孔模具的限位开关位置,机台要自

动运行必须保证切刀及冲孔模具到上限位置。

3、 切刀及冲孔模具下后,无法上原理同上,可能是切刀及冲孔模具到不了下限,

可调整限的限位开关。

PS: You are advised to refer to the Transducer Operation Manual for further

details

主要是对变频器的第一运行频率、第一加、减速时间的设定和第二运行频率(即

减速运行速度)
、及第二加、减速时间设定,为减小机械惯性影响测量精度,应尽可

能减小第二运行频率、第二加、减速时间。但设得过小将会引起变频器 OU 故障。

Mainly set the fist run frequency, the first acceleration/deceleration time, and the

second run frequency(that is decelerate speed of running) and the second

acceleration/deceleration time. In order to reduce machanical inertia so as not to effect the

accuracy of measurement, you should reduce second run frequency and the second

acceleration/deceleration time. But it will cause transducer OU fault if you make the value

too small.

注:当变频器发生故障后,按变频器面板上的“stop”功能键不能复位时,可将

变频器断电至其内部电容放电完毕后重新上,即可使变频器故障复位。

PS: when the transduce failed, and can not reset by pressing the “stop” button,

you can turn off the power of transducer to release power of the capacitance, after

this, you can turn on the power of transducer to reset it.
