    Students are hereby notified to consider, for their exams, Acts and Rules that have repealed the
    respective previous Act and Rules, the amendments in the Standards, Acts, Rules, Directives,
    Circulars and any other Notifications that are applicable till 3 months prior to the date of the final
    examinations.
    More specifically the following topics should be considered by the students in addition to the
    matters mentioned in syllabus.

    • Income Tax Act 2058, Rules 2059
    • Custom Act 2064 & Rules 2064
    Amendments made by Finance Act 2076.
    • Value Added Tax Act 2052 & Rules 2053
    • Excise Act 2058 & Rules 2059
    • Companies Act 2063 and its Amendment,
    • Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073
    • Industrial Enterprises Act, 2073 and its
    amendment
    • Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and its
    amendment
    • Labor Act, 2074 and its amendment
    • Bonus Act 2030 and its amendment
    • Audit Act 2075
    • Nepal Chartered Accountant Rule 2061 and
    its amendment
    Note:
    Students of CAP I and CAP II shall study from the above topics only to the extent mentioned
