Title - Aggregating platform for school application

Target audience description - Our model is a two-sided aggregator platform. The first set of the target
audience is parents with children studying in the nursery to 12th standard. The target segment is
working professionals who belong to the middle or upper-middle class and find relatively less time to
indulge in the long time-consuming school application process. We are trying to make their lives
simpler by giving them this one-stop solution where they can select the right school in the desired
locality with desired services, given their financial and time constraints, online. The other set is the
schools whom we will approach, in the initial phase, to enrol on our platform, thus giving them an
improved and easy access to parents.

Description of your idea - We are an aggregator platform giving access to school application forms for
students who want to enrol in the right school by providing information about different schools in
their city. We tie-up with schools to register with us to help them by choosing the right candidates
needed as well as by giving access to larger applications via network effects of the platform.

Besides, we also plan to give other related services related to the processes involved post registering
in a school like annual fee submission, school uniform, coursebooks, and other suggested stationery
purchases and delivery service, document uploading and verification, result displays, etc.

We will also provide various filters on our websites like location, fees, infrastructure, and other school
facilities, based on which a parent gets all the information needed to enrol his/her child in the right
school.

In this process, we don’t only give a one-stop solution to parents reducing their time consumed in this
tedious process but also facilitate and ease out the administrative work of the school. For schools, we
offer a platform that helps increase revenue from applications due to increased access to parents, a
platform to communicate new vacancies and their admission policies, a platform to advertise and
brand their school, making the application process smooth and easy going and an added service for
scheduling their interviews.

Our revenue source primarily comprises of -

1.commissions from schools per application received.

2. service charge from applicants for application.

3. Commission from other related services from the providers of books/uniforms etc.

In the future, we aim to expand to colleges for their application processes, colleges that have still not
moved from pen and paper applications to the online mode.
