Joint Integrity Training Courses in line with the industry standards and practices.
Hi-Force in-house, ECITB approved trainers have the technical and practical knowledge and understanding to deliver
these training courses, following many years of “hands on” experience in the Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore) Industry
and a wide variety of construction industry applications, requiring bolted joint technology.
This training course can be specifically designed to suit your requirements, however the emphasis of the training will
always follow the ECITB recognized standards
Stage 1 – Training – “Theoretical and Practical” (Conducted by Hi Force as ECITB approved provider)

Stage 2- On Site Task Based Assessments: (Completed by Client)
The training and technical tests are provided as two separate elements of the overall course and following successful
completion of Stage 1 Training, the delegates will receive on site task based assessment booklets, which they are
required to complete within a 3-12 month period following Stage 1 training. The On-Site task based assessments should
include, at a minimum, 3 official On-Site bolting jobs, including:
Once this is completed and original certificates have been received for job completion, the delegates can attend the
Stage 3 (Part 2) of the ECITB Training Program to complete the technical tests and upon successful completion of the
same, delegates are awarded with the ECITB Training Certificate which would be valid for a period of 3 years.
Stage 3 – Technical Tests – “Theoretical and Practical” (Conducted by Hi Force as ECITB approved provider)
To revalidate the ECITB training certificate after three years a reassessment program can be organized at our Assessment
Centre.
