My Philosophies in Life

Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live. - Jim Rohn

Maintain a physically strong, enduring and rigid physique. It is not only just about hitting the gym; it is
also about an inner happiness and an overall well-being. From mind games like chess to the most challenging
sports like boxing, it transcends both the physical and mental being of a person. It is where motivation,
purpose and discipline interplays and more importantly, the fulfillment one achieves after a days work.

Lastly, retain a body free from any ailments and diseases. Growing old conspires with sickness and
so, take care of our body and your body will surely take care of you.

When we stop learning, we stop growing. - Kenneth H Blanchard

Develop managerial skills and wisdom through taking up strategic courses (i.e.: Masters in National
Security Administration (MNSA)). It ensures that as I grow up academically, I will able to:
 plan in order to formulate actions to achieve our organizational goals;
 communicate in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the organization;
 formulate sound, upright and timely decision;
 delegate to ensure responsibility and accountability on the part of my subordinates;
 handle a problem and get the best solution, and
 possess numerous motivation tactics.

Continue to pursue academic excellence both military and civilian courses in line with my current and
forthcoming assignment. Never settle for mediocrity, it should have no place in one’s soul. Also, ensuring
that I get the right position to what I was trained for, will maximize my full potentials.

Family is not an important thing, it is everything. - Michael J Fox

spent with my loved ones is always a dilemma. Spending time together establishes a deep, strong and lasting
connections between family members.

conducive to our child’s development are just few samples of a healthy upbringing.

Establish a fair, generative and profitable business. Though it entails additional time and effort,
earning extra income on top of one’s salary nowadays is a practical choice to cope up with everyday needs.
It is also a means of increasing the family’s financial savings through practical budgeting and spending and
equally important, a tool to secure the educational needs of my children until they finish college.

For we walk by faith, not by sight. - 2 Corinthians 5:7

Observe our spiritual obligation in accordance with the Roman Catholic calendar. Needless to say,
we should place God in the center of our Christian life and live according to God’s will. Strengthening one’s
faith is also a key to a spiritually healthy life through trusting him in all things, praying without doubt in our
hearts and applying the Word of God to the lives we live.

Instill moral uprightness among my subordinates, peers and most importantly, to myself. Setting the
example is an everyday challenge that everyone faces especially us, leaders. In a nutshell, be the light.

He that plants trees loves others besides himself. - Thomas Fuller

Participate actively on clean and green activities of my community. Take personal actions to reduce
global warming to include simple efforts at home like recycling, conserving water and proper disposing of
waste does matters. After all, small deeds makes the biggest impact.
