Viz:
1 On page 2, between lines 4 and 5, insert the fol-
2 lowing:

3 If, during the impeachment trial of Donald John

4 Trump, any party seeks to admit evidence that has not
5 been submitted as part of the record of the House of Rep-
6 resentatives and that was subject to a duly authorized sub-
7 poena, that party shall also provide the opposing party all
8 other documents responsive to that subpoena. For the pur-
9 poses of this paragraph, the term ‘‘duly authorized sub-

1 poena’’ includes any subpoena issued pursuant to the im-
2 peachment inquiry of the House of Representatives.
3 The Senate shall take all necessary measures to en-
4 sure the proper handling of confidential and classified in-
5 formation in the record.
