Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Dr. Ba Nyar Oo and I got M.B.,B.S Degree from University of

Medicine, Mandalay in 2014.In kind of response to your vacancy announcement, I
would like to apply the post of Medical Officer(HIV) Lashio, Myanmar.

I have read your vacancy announcement and I am interested in that job. As

we know, HIV is one the priority public health issues in Myanmar. The country has
been implementing a wide range of activities and services as national concern
together with NGOs and INGOs. I also would like to give medical care and services
for these patients through IHC program. The Union Office Myanmar has implanted
the "Integrated HIV Care (IHC) Program for People Living with HIV/AIDS" in
collaboration with NAP, DoPH, MoHS and WHO. So, joing The Union is perfect for
me to give services to these patients.

I have enough knowledge in HIV Medicine and I am stilling trying to know

better. I like to read medicine and HIV medicine is my kind of interest. I also have
ability to manage processes and to maintain accurate records and data. I can do my
best with your valuable data and reports. I can use computer including Microsoft
(Office, PowerPoint and Excel), internet and email.

I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I am sure I can

demonstrate ability of work in multicultural, multiethnic environment and can
maintain effective working relation with people of different national and cultural
backgrounds. I can gurantee that I can work successfully as a part of the team. I will
be a good follower as well as a good leader if necessary.

I am working as a medical officer in private hospital and also run a GP. So, I
have enough clinical experience and good communication between
specialists(Physicians) and patients. I have many experience of giving health care to
HIV patients during house officer training and medical officer duty.

I am very hard-working and can I can be a part of your team. I am

flexible to certain condition and can travel to different and difficult areas. I have
good personal skills and can have easy communication and negotiation with my
collegues, staffs, health care personals and patients. So, I am confident that I can
perform the job concerned with public health well.
