SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE
This survey-questionnaire is designed to gather information about an “Analysis on the
Employment Crisis among the Newly Graduate Students in Mendez, Academic Year 2019-
2020”. Rest assured that any information gathered will be treated with outmost confidentiality.

are of the following: (1) A college graduate student from any kind of universities. (2) A college
graduate students that had an experience of finding a job. (3) Newly graduate who is
experiencing employment crisis If this meets the pre-requirement, please proceed to Consent

Bulacarte, Consimino, Dela Cruz, Pagtakhan, Rosanes. I understand that the project is
designed to gather information about an Analysis on the Employment Crisis among the Newly
Graduate Students in Mendez, Academic Year 2019-2020. I have read and understand the
explanation provided to me. I have had all my questions answered to my satisfaction, and I
voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
