TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Are you next?

Those who know me or knows about me are well aware that my platform is
JUSTICE and hold politicians and judges legally accountable. If therefore the
conduct now employed by others is to use TERRORISM upon me then what do you
expect from the future? The mere fact that they have targeted me may underline their
fear I might succeed. If they are however getting away with this to have an election
where a person like myself standing as an INDEPENDENT can be terrorised and his
election material such as banners/posters/etc be destroyed then what will they be up to
next if gaining power in the Parliament?
Are we now getting the thuggery of the KGB or the likes?
People around Australia and beyond should realise that unlike a political party I have
been spending my own monies and not that of taxpayers to seek to succeed to be a
Member of Parliament as to try to stop the rot we all now are suffering and this is why
they more then likely have targeted me as they fear that the ordinary person may just
succeed in wrestling back the constitutional and other legal rights that we are all
entitled upon.
This Saturday I will be going about the polling booths but how many others will be
there to join me? I had T-Shirts printed and also just received various caps with the
word INDEPENDENT printed on it. They will however be useless if no one turns up
to display them at polling stations.
People should realise that my struggle for JUSTICE is for them also so that I can turn
around this ever decreasing freedom of all of us.
Today, a person announced to me how rich he was, making clear he has million of
dollars and then goes on and on about unhappy he was because the way the politicians
at all levels are abusing/misusing their powers. I suggested he use his money then to
stand as a candidate in an election instead of leaving me to struggle for this. I find
time and time again many so to say have conceded defeat and given up and once you
have conceded defeat you have lost it.
My entire election campaign has been undermined in that I had to change tactics and
couldn’t do what I had contemplated to do due to a number of reasons but one thing I
haven’t done and that is to concede defeat! It might be heartbreaking to discover
whole area’s have been stripped of all my banners/posters and as such the time for
canvassing now is to be used trying yet again to post banners/posters but I still do this
and my wife and myself, rain or not, will be out again during the night to replace
missing banners/posters for so far we can.
For sure my wife is very dissolution in that she is well aware that I have spend
countless hours assisting many for decades and now people are commenting that I
should have given them months ahead a warning about the election. Well, when a
person contacts me that the person has a court case after the weekend I never
commented well you should have told me months ago! Wherever I could assist I did
so. There are also those who criticise me for not having done their case, the fact that I
was flat out doing others somehow seemed not to matter to them and the fact that I
did so FREE OF CHARGE neither seems to be a concern to them because only their
case was important to them. Well, to me I always had to assess which was more
important on basis of what was presented to me and as I wasn’t committed to do any
then the fact that I did so many rather should be appreciated even if a person’s case
was missing out.
I could do so to say a thousand traffic infringement cases but what will it get me? I be
wasting my valuable time as being a CONSTITUTIONALIST I hold constitutional
matters are far more important to address. After all fixing it up in one case is to assist
the many!

I thank the many who each in their own way contributed in this election campaign but
like to remind others that this is not about me personally but what I am doing is to
fight for everyone wherever in the Commonwealth of Australia. For example if I can
achieve to enter parliament I can start sweeping reforms. I know many claim that as a
single Member of parliament you cannot do anything but the Framers of the
Constitution surely didn’t hold such views!

stages that a proposed law has to go through, and the opportunity afforded to a
member of either House or a member of the Executive to call attention to any
infraction or infringement of the Constitution. It does not require a majority of
the members of the House of Representatives to insist that the Constitution shall
be obeyed in the matter of procedure; it only requires one solitary member to
rise to a point of order, and the Speaker has to give a legal interpretation of the
rules of procedure. It only requires one member of the Senate to call the
attention of the President to the fact that a Bill is introduced contrary to the
Constitution for that proposed law to be ruled out of order. It does not
require a majority of the states to insist that the Constitution shall be
obeyed, because a majority of the states cannot by resolution infringe the
Constitution. Neither House could pass the standing order which would give
the majority power to dissent from the Speaker's or President's ruling. The
standing orders only confer certain explicit power. They give no power to either
House to pass an order which would enable its members to amend the
Constitution.

Those who are sitting on the site doing nothing should stop whinging and get into
action as many others have done. Look at Lyn Bennetts who is in Queensland but still
contributed with her emails. That is the spirit Australians should show! Lyn proved
that you don’t have to be in Victoria to assist in the election campaign, and many
others around Australia likewise have assisted in their way possible.
The problem is that if all those so called “freedom fighters” cannot even manage for
this election to work together then what on earth do they expect?
This is not about “me” or “what is in it for me” but should be all about “us”.
TERRORISM clearly now has entered the Victorian election in the IVANHOE
DISTRICT and yet how many now have comedown to show their disapproval?

Robert (NSW) did his bit to contact radio stations in NSW and that is what is needed
around Australia so that the radio waves are full of what is happening in Ivanhoe.
That can be in itself a campaign people can join into regardless of not being in
Victoria. If indeed this thuggish conduct is the modus operandi of a particular political
party then soon they will be in your area doing the same. After all the political parties
are holding secret files about many and knows who to target. Well I am not going to
be a wimp to scared to stand up not just for my own rights but of my fellow man.
In the Colosimo case not even threats of contempt deterred me to fight for Franks
rights and we succeeded in the end! If I had to give up because of a difficulty factor
then numerous cases would never have been won.
I urge all others to unite because by Saturday the election will be completed and those
who sat on the outer not bothering to provide the support they could have given may
never again get the opportunity to do so and can stop whinging because when it was
the time to stand up and be counted they were not there.
My wife never was pleased with the whole election thing but now what they did and
despite her fear she is nevertheless determine to go out during the night to put up
other banners/posters and at 78 I think many others could just take a lesson from her.
Last night when we were both drenched from the rain nevertheless when we came
home we were both very pleased with what we had achieved and we were not going
to have thugs terrorising us and get the better of us.
No matter how my election campaign may eventuate further and clearly the usage of
knives already used to destroy banners is a worry but still we will together at the very
least show we are not going to be defeated by TERRORISM and no matter what the
election may result to at least we will have earned our own success to stand up and
defy TERRORISM!
THE QUESTION IS HOW MANY OTHERS WILL DO SO? After all I got
thousands of cards still to be delivered and even with busloads of people would have
ample of work for the day! And Friday night while most people may be watching
television or be in bed my wife and I will be flat out canvassing every poling station
to do our final work in that regard, rain or no rain as we both are too well aware that
to allow TERRORISM to succeed is to lose once dignity and rights.
