Brief Introduction of the Invention:

The seed of avocado contain more than 70% of the antioxidants found in the
entire fruit which found to reduce joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and loss of joint function
associated with arthritis. Rich in phenolic compounds that can play a significant role in
preventing various degenerative illnesses, tumor growth, and cardiovascular disease.
They may also help reduce inflammatory conditions, diabetes, and boost immunity.
They even have insecticidal, fungicidal, and anti-microbial properties. Like green tea,
the seeds contain polyphenols, which are micronutrients that may play a role in the
prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
There are to ways to dry up the seed, sun dried or oven dried for 200 degrees
celsius. Peel off the skin of the dried seed and cut it into small pieces. Next, put it in a
grinder and grind it until it pulverized. To add different flavor in the avoca- tea, get a
ginger, cut it into a small pieces and grind it. After that put it in a container and get a
cup and hot water. Put one scoop of pulverized avocado seed in a cup pour a hot
water. Add a small amount of the grind ginger to flavor. Place the dried avocado seed
and the ginger in a tea bag for future consr. This tea has a lot of benefits like for
stomach ache and sore throat.
This home-made tea from avocado seeds have lots of health benefits and most
of the medical experts advice to take it at least twice a day.
