REPORTS :

Mr Edwin introduction the purpose of this meeting and how the important to attend this session
in order to decide business plan to enlarge the market and grew the business, Mr Edwin said “
first step in our meeting has to define the business model in our next company, and than plan
what kind of product, price, location and how to deliver to our target customers. Ms Tizara as
Finance Manager mention that in term of finance there is no issue to worried to support this
project and full support for the operation, as long create the benefit and positive income.

Mr Ghazy as Merchandise & product development, said “we need to define new kind of product
which can easy to consumption and offer with affordable price, should receive all market
category, F&B was came new development in project to compete with other market, the product
should easy to multiple copy to outside area to anticipate growing the company. Product should
pack with light packaging and easy to carry while our customers have active mobility

As Marketing manager Mr Ilham, has give an idea to communicate all the product message to
our target customers with clear message and focus with our product categories and uniqueness,
Mr Ilham said that” current typical of our customers doesn’t have high loyalties of product, their
can switch to others product which offer may with others benefit, example of marketing content
will be create on early of August. “Location and service to our new customer and new product
have to consider, side of our competitors may serve early on the market”, said Mr warsito as
operation manager.

A long the discussion Mr Edwin has made some early conclusion which company would create
should reflected our product and new uniqueness, offer with affordable price, and consider which
location, competitor in market, Ms Tizara will prepare all document and administration process
while company are created before the end of this year. Due we have specialty in F&B product,
company which can create should reflect to our previous company, new company has become
sub business unit of our mother company, Ms Tizara add for comment.

Mr Warsito has a consideration that the product must be simple recipe, its important in operation
while we have new team to operate, payment method we are use all payment platform with
cashless such, OVO,GOPAY,DANA, LINK AJA. New company named with “SEMERBAK
KOPI” in product specialist was coffee ingredient, product offer with price range Rp 15.000 to
Rp 25.000. to grab our millennial customers, our marketing has simple and easy to understand,
Mr Ilham said.

Our product uniqueness was made from fresh coffee bean direct from farmer, with palm sugar,
and other development product add with another topping, such jelly, sample of product would be

and manpower recruitment would be preparing by this month and hopefully will finish by middle
of August, Mr warsito adding the preparation comment.
