What went really well during the event?

The event was extremely entertaining and students playing in the games were having a lot of fun, with very
few complaints about officiating or how the event was being run

What setbacks or problems did you encounter during your event (planning and final product)? How did you and your group
overcome these challenges?

We had a few setbacks when it came to setting up the schedule and bracket because of the
number of teams that we planned to have in the tournament was always changing because of
schools having multiple teams and schools being added last minute.
During the event, we originally had a 30 minute break between 11:30 and 12:00. but games had to
be pushed back by 30 minutes because some of the schools had to leave earlier than other teams

NOTES FOR FUTURE EVENT GROUPS- What would you do differently if you were to run your event again? What changes would
you implement to make it more successful?

We could have spent more time planning the event and making it better.

What were your specific roles and responsibilities during the event? How well did your group work together?

My responsibilities included setting up everything to do with the schedule, what times teams play,
who they play, and how the tournament was going to be setup, and what type of bracket. I also
created the tournament score sheet and schedule poster that were on display during the
tournament.
