• All  technical  requirements  are  necessary  to  provide  the  best  show  possible.  Please  take  special  
notice  on  the  monitor  requirements  as  these  are  imperative  to  the  performance.  Should  any  of  
these  be  missing  and  would  need  replacement,  kindly  notify  management  for  adjustments.  
Management  shall  assume  requirements  are  complete  should  there  be  no  forwarded  concerns  
within  five  (5)  working  days  prior  to  performance.    
• A  stage  plot  is  provided  for  your  technical  team’s  reference.  Ebe  Dancel’s  road  manager  will  be  
happy  to  assist  with  regard  to  any  questions  or  possible  modifications  according  to  the  stage  set-­‐

IV.  HOSPITALITY  
 
1. HOLDING  ROOM  
-­‐   Well-­‐ventilated   (with   AC)   and   secure   area   for   the   exclusive   use   of   the   entourage,   with  
chairs  (or  couches),  tables,  adequate  lighting,  and  power  source.    
 
Final  holding  room  set-­‐up  for  mutual  approval  of  Client  and  Management.    
 
2. ACCOMMODATIONS:  [To  be  discussed  further]  
Five  (5)  Hotel  Rooms  broken  down  as  follows  for  the  duration  of  stay  of  the  traveling    
entourage.  Please  secure  arrangements  for  early  check-­‐in  and  late  check-­‐out  as  necessary,    
according  to  the  confirmed  itinerary:

3. FOOD  AND  BEVERAGE

    -­‐  Meal  1:  En  Route  to  Venue  
    -­‐  Meal  2:  Trip  Back  to  Pick-­‐Up  Point  
  (B)  Hot  Meals:  Breakfast,  Lunch,  Dinner,  and  After  Performance  
(C)  Snacks:  After  Sound  Check    
 
-­‐    Adequate  bottled  beverages  with  a  mix  of  cold  and  room  temperature  water    
 
-­‐  Please  note  that  one  (1)  member  of  the  entourage  is  restricted  from  pork  and  beef,  and  is  
also   restricted   from   oily   food,   fried   food,   fast   food,   butter,   and   soda.   Please   provide  
grilled,  steamed,  or  boiled  FISH  options,  with  the  exception  of  cream  dory  for  snacks  and  
hot  meals.    
-­‐  Please  note  that  one  (1)  member  of  the  entourage  has  a  strict  no  pork  diet  
-­‐  Please  note  that  one  (1)  member  of  the  entourage  has  a  strict  no   pork   and  no   beef  diet.  
Member   is   also   restricted   from   fried   and   oily   food,   asparagus,   mushroom,   spinach,  
cauliflower,  broccoli,  muscles,  sardines,  anchovies,  chocolates,  and  nuts.      
 
Management  to  advise  other  dietary  restrictions,  should  there  be  any,  prior  to  the  show
