Mobile number to be registered with

Date of birth updated with PF

Fill the required details such as UAN, PF Number, Name (as per PAN Card), Mobile Number
and click on “Get Authorization Pin”. An “Activation Pin” will be sent to mobile number
mentioned by you, which will be registered further with PF office
On completion of the process you will receive the login password on your registered mobile
number through SMS
Once the UAN activated you get the message on the screen.
Further to log-in to UAN portal click on “Go to Home
After Clicking on “Yes” System will prompt to next Option “ Get Authorized PIN”
( Depicts in next slide)
You will receive an OTP on the Mobile Number entered by you earlier
Enter UAN
Enter Password
Enter Captcha and click
Login
To change mobile number please tick on “Change Mobile No”, fill the mobile number you wish
to change and click on “Get authorization PIN
Once you receive the authorization PIN, enter the same to confirm the mobile number is changed
Enter UAN
Enter Captcha
Click on “No”
option
After Clicking on no option following screen shall appear
Enter Name
Enter DOB
Select Gender
Click on
Verify

Enter AADHAAR/PAN which is updated as KYC
