INDEMNITY BOND

On this _____ (date) day of _______________ (month, yr), this Indemnity Bond has been executed by
Mr/Ms____________________________________, son/daughter of____________________________________, age _____ years,
resident of __________________________________________________________________________________________________ (place of
residency).

I am a student of ______________________ (spl) studying in ______ (yr/sem) of ____________ (degree) in the college situated
at the following address:

As a part of the curriculum, I am required to undergo In-plant Training in any leading industry. On my own, I have
selected to undergo such In-plant Training in JSW Steel Ltd for a period of ______ weeks. On my desire, the head of
our institution has requested the management/HR of JSW Steel Ltd to accord permission to undergo such In-plant
Training at Toranagallu, Bellary District, Karnataka. I have been granted permission to undergo such In-plant
Training in this Steel plant for a period of ______ weeks.

In view of the permission accorded by JSW Steel Ltd, I hereby agree to undertake and state that the above plant
training is part of my curriculum and I would take all the interest to complete the training within the specified period
of ______ weeks. No extension of time as such will be requested for completion of training. Also:

a) I am only a student and I will stay in the plant during its working hours as a student and not in any other
capacity.
b) I am fully aware that I am not entitled for any kind of privileges, concessions, benefits and/or compensation
from JSW Steel Limited during my In-plant Training.
c) Further to this, I indemnify the company i.e., JSW Steel Ltd from all liabilities in case I sustain or suffer any
injuries/ accidents which may result in either temporary or permanent disability. Neither I nor anyone on my
behalf will lodge a claim for compensation and/or any other damages. Thus I undergo In-plant Training in the
company at my own risk and responsibility. I shall not lodge any complaint / petition before any authority.
d) I shall abide by all the rules and regulations and discipline as stipulated by the company. On my completion of
the In-plant Training, I shall submit a report to my Institution’s HOD/Principal, a copy of which I shall submit to
VP (HR & Business Excellence), JSW without fail.
e) I will not publish any data or information prepared/ gathered during the In-plant training at your company
without the knowledge & consent of JSW Steel Ltd.
