Gas pasta cooker

The Electrolux thermaline S90 cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of small institutions,
hotels and restaurants. The range consists of a wide choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual,
free-standing or wall mounted units, or assembled into a complete cooking suite.The models detailed described on this
sheet are designed for cooking rice, pasta and vegetables in boiling water. One freestanding gas pasta cookers is
available in half module widths. Models are available for operation from Natural gas or LPG. Controlled via power
regulation. These models are available for operation on one side only. The installation options floor mounted on 200mm
high feet or on a plinth can be either in stainless steel or of masonry construction. These units are as well available as wall
mounted models.The Pasta cooker can be connected to any S90 range element to create a nearly seamless work top.

• In addition to cooking pasta, the
appliance can be used for noodles of
every kind, rice, dumplings, vegetables
and soups for large or small servings.
• The water basin is seamlessly welded
into the chrome nickel steel top of the
appliance.
• On the variation without boiler with a
water inlet built up and operation handle
built in in the front of the unit.
• Water temperature is controlled by an
energy controller.
• Water overflow is provided through
which excess starch or water can run off
into the floor drain.
• A drainage surface is provided on
which the baskets can be placed for
draining purposes.
• Safety thermostats protect against over
temperature.
• All models are type-approved by an
international standards authority and are
certified.
• All the models can be supplied on
a specific kit.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
• Easy to clean basin with rounded
corners.
• Body, compartment and support are
made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• No gaps or dirt traps between
adjoining appliances when connecting
rails are fitted.
• All major components may be easily
accessed from the front.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• 98% recyclable by weight.
• Packing free of toxic substances.
MATERIALS
• Body and base compartment are made
of stainless steel AISI304.
• Basin is made of stainless steel AISI
316.
• 3 mm work top in AISI 304 stainless
• "Lasertec connection system" in AISI
304 stainless steel creates a nearly
seamless work top.
APPROVALS
• The appliances are IPX5 certified
against water jets.
• All appliances are developed and
assembled according to European safety
and hygiene standards and are H
marked.
MODELS
• All the models are delivered with four
square stainless steel feet.
• All the models standing against the
wall and wall-mounted have a C-board of
43 mm. The C-board on the rear side of
the appliances closes any kind of gap
between the unit and the wall, for better
hygiene.
