1. Bio Entry – Updates the Consultant’s Bio Entry Code.

2. Excel – Extract’s the log calendar events to an excel file.


3. Upload(Import) – Upload the .txt file downloaded from the biometrics.
4. Month’s View – this is the default view for the calendar. Types of view “Month” and “Day view”

5. Today Button – returns date now.


6. Navigation Button – previous and next button navigates to months.
7. Holiday Event – events plotted from holiday will automatically added to the calendar at event.
By the clicking the white part of the day will trigger the Holiday Modal View ~ See Holiday Modal
View image.
8. User Events – events that are added thru importing the biometrics’ text file and users input are
displayed.
9. +’# more – label will show if the number of user events exceed 5.
10. Day number – links to day view. See Below image
Add Event

By clicking the white part or the blue header where the day number resides, you will be redirecting to an
add event modal.

a. Select Event type – options are the following:


- SL (Sick Leave) restrictions: none.
- VL (Vacation Leave) restrictions: must be today or a day before and onwards.
- WFH (Work from Home) restrictions: same day only.
- Meeting restrictions: none.
b. Remarks – additional information about the said event.
c. Add Event - saves the events plotted.

You can only plot a single Event per day. A modal alert will appear whenever you click a day that has an
existing event assigned to the logged user.
A logged user (with bio) can remove their own/created event. Just click the “x” symbol from the event
name (e.g. Lloyd ~ WFH) and a modal delete will appear.

a. Remarks – reasons for removing and event.


b. Remove – Removes the event from the calendar.
Bio Entry

For new users, the admin/coordinator should add the user’s biometrics code to their account for them
to enable to add/delete an event.

a. Select User Account – will display users that are tagged as a consultant, inhouse-consultant,
coordinator and special-access.
b. Biometrics Code - codes assigned from biometrics device.

Excel
To extract an Excel report you need to accomplish all the fields. A set of steps are applied for each
selection to avoid user typo’s. “From” Month will start at 1 and “To” Month will end at the last day of
that month. By clicking the download button, the browser will download a .xlsx file.

Import

To add the events log from biometrics. Simply upload File as it was downloaded from the device.
