Logging In to ISDP eSurvey TSS (2)
4 Click , and choose Technical Site Survey.
Initializing a Project (1)
After a project is initialized in ISDP, the project manager can add project members to the resource pool. As the
eSurvey PM, you can initialize a project in ISDP eSurvey TSS and customize the survey review process based on the
actual service requirements.

1 Choose Project > Pre-settings Before Survey.

Initializing a Project (2)
2 On the Pre-settings Before Survey page, set project survey information.

Note:
If Maintenance Project is set to Yes, due and overdue items will be
highlighted on the pages of viewing and editing survey data after a task
is started. Due items are highlighted yellow. Overdue items are
highlighted in grey.
After project initialization, you can enable forced DC control. If
Enabled is selected, a message will be displayed. After forced DC
control is enabled, clicking Save will send a signal Attachment-based
Survey to DC for all sites whose tasks have been issued (including
tasks that are not started, in execution, in review, completed, or
changed).
Three forced DC control modes: Standard product item, Pure
attachment, and User-defined structure item. You can switch to another
control mode as required. For sites with unlocking signal sent, the
original corded control mode is adopted; for site with no unlocking signal
sent, the new forced control mode is adopted; for unlocked sites in the
application, service control is required and a message is displayed
before switching.
On the Products Requiring No Survey tab, Data Source can be set
to All Product or Project. If Project, the COA names filtered in SC will
be used.
If Enable drone survey is set to Yes, the drone template will be
added to the app template. Otherwise, the menu for drone template will
be hidden.

If Allow to edit during customer review is set to Yes, the customer can edit survey data in customer review. If data is changed, an email will be sent to the survey
manager and all reviewers.
If Publish historical data as info asset is set to Yes, the Survey Data > Site|Link List > Uncompleted tab displays the Publish Historical Data button. Select Publish
Selected Data from Publish Historical Data to synchronize the selected data to the info asset gold mine. Select Publish All Data from Publish Historical Data to
synchronize all unreleased data in the Uncompleted tab to the info asset gold mine.
Enable matching threshold for historical data is used to determine whether a site survey is required. If the value of Survey Item Matching Result in ISDP information
is lower than that of Enable matching threshold for historical data, the system automatically determines that a site survey is required, and you do not need to set
parameters on the Set Site Visit-free tab. Otherwise, parameters on the Set Site Visit-free tab need to be set.
After site change notification is enabled, an email will be sent to the consignee if site change succeeds.
Initializing a Project (3)
3 Click Next, and set the review process.

Note:
The eSurvey-Site Survey and Survey Design nodes must have at least one review node. Otherwise, the task design cannot be
saved and "Please set review nodes for eSurvey-Site Survey or survey design." will be displayed.
If an RPM project has eSurvey-Site Survey or Survey Design tasks, survey data needs to be reviewed.
In Review Flow Setting, eSurvey-Site Survey or Survey Design node is displayed by default. Other optional nodes must be
added after them.
Initializing a Project (4)
Select a process node (such as Vendor Survey Review or Huawei Survey Review) and drag it to the
4
required position in Review Flow Setting.

Note:
Review nodes on a process node are displayed according to the addition and validation time, for example, Huawei Survey
Reveiw1, Huawei Survey Reveiw2, Huawei Survey Reveiw3. After a review node is deleted, the sequence number of other
review nodes is not changed and the sequence number is increased by 1 if a new review node is added.

5 Click Save.

After a project is initialized, you can query the number of sites/DUs of each node in all survey tasks of the project, and
generate/export progress reports by choosing Project Monitoring > Project Progress from the main menu.
In the Is Create Template dialog box, click OK. The page for configuring item templates is displayed.
Setting the Review Process
After the workflow starts, the review process cannot be changed any more.
Managing Review Groups (1)
The eSurvey PM and project manager can configure review groups based on service requirements. This
document uses eSurvey PM as an example.

1 In ISDP eSurvey TSS, choose Project > Review Group Management.

Note:
The review node must be consistent with the saved and invalidated review process, and nodes such as Huawei Survey Reveiw1,
Huawei Survey Reveiw2, and Huawei Survey Reveiw3 can be automatically created. Under these nodes, you can create review
groups and modes. Adding or deleting a review node will add or delete the corresponding review group.

2 Select a review node and click to add a review area.

Note:
A review node can have multiple review areas (such as the west area and east area) and area names can be defined. When a
review area having review groups is deleted, a message instructing to delete review groups first will be displayed.
Managing Review Groups (2)
3 Select the new area, click Add, and enter the review group information.

Note:
Review Mode can be set to Serial, Parallel A or Parallel B, which is described as follows:
Serial: All review groups follow the review group sequence.
Parallel A: All review groups can launch review in a parallel manner. If any review group rejects the task, the task status is restored to the
state before submission to review, and the task is removed from the to-do list of other review groups.
Parallel B: All review groups can launch review in a parallel manner. If any review group rejects the task, the task still needs to be reviewed
by other review groups, and the task status is restored only after all review groups complete their review.
Delete: If the review group is used by any subcontractor, a message will be displayed indicating deletion failure.
Multiple review groups can be added to one review area, and each review group can have multiple review members.
The review mode of a work flow in execution cannot be changed. After the review mode is changed, the change takes effect immediately.
The Parallel review mode in historical data is changed to Parallel A.
In a new review application, a review region or reviewer group is not displayed on the submission for review page if the review region or
reviewer group is invalidated. After being validated, it will be displayed on the submission for review page again. The invalidation status will not
affect the applications that are being reviewed.

4 Click Save.
Configuring a Template – Item Template (1)

the pages of viewing and entering survey data and the data change log page are invisible. All these invisible pictures and attachments cannot be downloaded
on the downloading survey documents page.
Items and item groups that have been referenced by an app & drone or summary template can be deleted. Items that are referenced by a TSSR template will
not be deleted from the TSSR template, but their values in the generated TSSR report are null. Empty groups that are generated due to item deletion in app &
drone or summary templates also need to be deleted. If a group is deleted from an item template, this group that is referenced by an app & drone or summary
template as well as all items in the group will also be deleted from the template.
To restore a deleted group or item, if the item template structure is not changed, restore the group or item as well as item values by referring to the original
structure; if the structure is changed, restore the group or item as well as item values following the new rule.
If a deleted item or item group is added to an item template again, this item or item group will not be automatically added to related app & drone or summary

a. Addition: The addition takes effect to tasks that are not started, being executed, in review, or completed.
b.Deletion: The deletion takes effect immediately to tasks that are not started. For tasks that are being executed, in review, or completed, if
items that are to be deleted have values, the deletion does not take effect.
c.Modification:
a) If the local item names are changed, the modification takes effect to tasks that are not started, being executed, in review, or completed.
b) If restrictions (maximum value, precision, etc.) of items are changed, this modification takes effect immediately to tasks that are not started.
For tasks that are being executed, in review, or completed, the modification does not take effect if the item values are not changed; otherwise,
the new restrictions are applied to determine whether the modification can take effect.
c) If values of enumerated items are added, the modification takes effect to tasks that are not started, being executed, in review, or completed.

If the image pixel in the TSSR report is smaller than that set in the item template and survey settings, the image will not be compressed.
Otherwise, the image will be compressed by its length/width ratio.

4 Click Import TSSR Report.

Note:

(Historical survey reports of the same file name will be removed.) To view historical reports, go to the page showing survey reports.
When batch importing TSSR reports, you must download the report that is automatically generated by ISDP eSurvey TSS, complete the report, and import
again.
When importing TSSR reports, select images in the reports, and choose Format > Compress Pictures > Options from the main menu. On the displayed
page, deselect Automatically perform basic compress on save and Delete cropped areas of pictures, and click Save to prevent repeatedly filtering the
same image and generating multiple data records for the same image.
