Yes, Your Honor, the witness will be testifying

PROS. MARASIGAN:
Mr. Witness, during your last testimony you
made mentioned of the Inventory you made
reference to your Sworn Statement. Now, with
respect to that Inventory, I’m showing to you
the pieces of evidence that you marked and
confiscated from all of the accused. Please
identify said pieces of evidence as you stated in
this Inventory.

Showing to you Exh. “C”. Look at this one by
one, where are the five (5) pieces heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet with markings?

Yes, Your Honor. With the kind permission of

You have identified a while ago these pieces of
evidence, Mr. Witness. I am presenting to you
again the specimen. Can you point to this
Honorable Court what specimen did you recover
or seized from each of the accused? Let’s start
with Aaron Padica.

Your Honor, the witness is pointing to a heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet that was
marked as Exh. “C-3”, Your Honor.
ATTY. VILLANUEVA:
Your Honor, the witness is pointing to a heat

“C-5”.

Your Honor, the accused is pointing to a heat
sealed transparent plastic sachet with marking

No re-direct.
COURT:
Okay, Mr. Witness, I see that you are already
55 years old ano?
COURT:
35 years old, pasensya na. But how many years
ka nang pulis?
COURT:
In the conduct of drug operation, have you
undergone training or seminar regarding the
proper application of dangerous drugs law?
COURT:
Do you know that under Sec. 21, requirement
na a copy of the inventory must be given to the
accused or to his representative. Alam mo ba
iyon?
COURT:
Kasi wala pa kayong training ano?
COURT:
Okay, I think that would be all. Thank you very
much. Fiscal, sinong next witness mo?
PROS. MARASIGAN:
Your Honor, we no longer have any witnesses to
present.
COURT:
Okay, you are excused. Thank you very much.
PROS. MARASIGAN:
We will formally offer our documentary exhibits.
COURT:
How many days? You want to make it oral or
you want how many days?
PROS. MARASIGAN:
May I manifest for the record, Your Honor, that
there appears to be some confusion with
respect to the marking. There is a pre-trial
order but the pieces of evidence marked are
