Candidates willing to take online admission are requested to take the print out of this form and to be sent with DD
favouring Prime Academy P Ltd Payable at Chennai so as to reach within three days from the date of Registration.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.Cheques are not accepted Admission to the required Batch is purely on first
come basis (i.e)order of receipt of payment at our office counts. Academy reserves the right to tranfer the excess
enrollment to the subsequent available batch
 Terms of Joining
 

1. Fee is payable only by crossed account payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of
�Prime Academy Private Limited�. Cheque, either local or outstation, will not be
accepted.

2. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstance.

3. Any refund will only be in respect of fees paid being in excess of fees payable for the
subjects applied.

4. In respect of any refund made by the Academy the payment will be only by crossed
A/C Payee Cheque in the name of the candidate. Students are therefore expected to
have a bank account in their name.

5. Transfer between batches will not be entertained and will be at the sole discretion of
the Academy.

6. The Academy reserves the right to schedule/re-schedule classes according to its

convenience with prior notice.

7. Internet applications should be received by the Academy within 5 days from the date
of Registration failing which the enrollment will be deemed to have been cancelled.

8. Candidate will adhere to the Academy�s DRESS CODE detailed below.

needs to be imbibed even in our outfit. Therefore we recommend the following.
