Present continuous:

1. We use the present cont. to describe an action which is happening now.
2. We use it to describe an action which is going to happen in the near future.

Now, at this time, at this moment, at present, look, listen

1. The present continuous tense is used for the action happening now, at the
moment of speaking.
2. It is used for definite arrangement action in the near future.

you can see it or hear it happening.
1. For an action happening now.
