The Book Of John John 12:27-32

“Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour? But for this
purpose I have come to this hour. Father, glorify Your name.” Then a voice came from heaven; ”I
have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.” The crowd that stood there and heard it said that it had
thundered. Others said, “An angel has spoken to Him.” Jesus answered, “This voice has come for
your sake, not Mine. Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out.
And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to Myself.”

There’s a Word for that! Love the Lord

Don’t you love the way Jesus takes us to the next level? I love the way He adds that we should love
Him with all our mind also! Let us have a Jesus-filled mindset.

Luke 10:27 – And he answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all

your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the way of Jesus. He amazes us
with His ability to turn things up a notch. Not
only are we to love You with our heart, soul and
strength, but with our mind. Not only are we to
love You, but our neighbor as ourselves. O, Lord

of grace and love, have mercy on us when we

fall short of this great command. Encourage us
to love like You do and display the love of Jesus
with the help of the Holy Spirit in our schools.
