Strong HR Generalist with a proven track record in implementing change through policies and procedures, a

capable people manager and a driven and experienced talent acquisition specialist. The Human Resource
Manager will develop and administer all Human Resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments.
He/she will also be responsible for the office and operations management of the organization.

The role will involve implementing Group HR policies and procedures, working closely with management, advising
and educating managers on the retention and development of employees in the most efficient way and to achieve
the organization’s vision of market leadership, profitable growth and customer loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

* Degree Educated

* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management

* Minimum 3 years of management/Finance experience

* Strong understanding of evaluating and implementing HR Policies & Procedures

* Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prepare, Manage, & Execute all HR payments related to Group Staff and employed expatriates such as
monthly payroll, housing & schooling allowances, claim reimbursements, while ensuring an accurate and
timely payments.

 Prepare the HR annual budget for management review and approval.

 Conduct exit interviews for staff, identifying trends and remedial action.

 Produce reports from the HR software system e.g. manpower, annual leave record, and staff attendance
reports.

 Ensure that probation meetings are conducted and completed forms are returned and filed.

 Prepare, execute, and manage employment documents for Group staff members and employed
expatriates such as offer letters, employment contracts, work permits, & HR Letters ensuring all
documents are promptly issued, obtained, & updated.

 Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee
relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

 Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

 Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and
discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving
employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
 Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing
benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of
benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing
and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state
requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at
hearings.

 Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies
and procedures.

 Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and
current records.

 Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing


professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

 Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and
following up on work results.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Cost effective sourcing and selection of high caliber candidates for all vacancies.

 Delivery of Corporate induction.

Salary: AED/7000 (Negotiable)
