INTRODUCTION

The Black Pink Café with Pastries was introduced and produced by JEREMIAHS

COMPANY in July 2001 the Black Pink Café with Pastries have a good quality. We

choose this business to provide the needs and wants of the people/costumers for the

season. The Black Pink Café with Pastries have a good taste to the costumer and they

afford the price of this café. Ms. Manalo and Ms.Calaguas who loves coffee because of

their passion to drink a coffee. This business started and created in a small café with their

partner Ms.Belen. The partners decided to expand their business and Black Pink Café with

Pastries was created. The Black Pink Café with Pastries is one of the famous café where

you can buy different flavor of coffee and different dishes of dessert. This café attract

more people specially those people who loves drinking coffee and eating pastry.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our business is a coffee shop named as Black Pink Café with Pastries. We

build this business because almost everyone or people know KPOP groups and the Black

Pink is one of the famous group in the Philippines so we decided to add a Black Pink in

the name of our coffee shop. It is located inside the SM San Fernando Pampanga.

Black Pink Café with Pastries is open from 10am to 10pm from Monday to

Saturday.

Black Pink Café with Pastries offered different flavor of coffee like Mocha,

Cappuccino, Latte and we also offered different dish of dessert like Cake, Salad, Halo-

Halo, Leche Plan.

Black Pink Café with Pastries offered the services as dine in and take out.
