It has come to our knowledge that you have been in constant violation of our
client’s company policy of prohibiting any form of bullying/harassment in the
work place. May we constantly remind you that our agency denounce in its
highest form any bullying in our clients’ work area. Office bullying could be in
the form are physical harm; emotional and mental harm, profanity, name-
calling; negative comments on how a person looks and dresses; cyber-bullying;
spreading of rumors; false news; and gossip.
