The person who is competent in this Course Outcomes shall be able to provide tyres balancing to ensure handling / controllability
and wheel-alignment services to ensure vehicle handling in accordance to the OEM specification. Upon completion of this
competency unit, trainees will be able to:

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Vehicle wheels service is a scope of competency to ensure equal distribution of weight on each side of the tyre centreline and restore
the front-end geometry or wheel-alignment angularity. The competency includes inspect tyres and rims condition, replace vehicle
wheel, and perform alignment process. The outcome of this competency is to provide tyres balancing to ensure handling /
controllability and wheel-alignment services to ensure vehicle handling in accordance to the OEM specification.
