Subject: Regarding Hindrance Issues on Land.

Dear Sir,
With reference to your memo no. CSCEC-7/RHD/SASEC-II/WP-10/146 dated on 25/01/2020,
you are being informed that the Land has been handed over by RHD to you on 03/12/2019 from ch.
96+00 to 102+900 km. You have been working various types of works like Clearing and Grubbing,
Pre-work, Embankment Filling Work, Culvert Work etc. but still you are lagging behind your target
progress (1.00%) only due to your unavailability of sufficient construction materials, skilled
manpower and lack of proper planning.
There is no remarkable hindrance along the road side in the above mentioned section of the road
except one temple and one mazar (graveyard). NESCO and REB have already started their shifting
works of Eclectic Pole. You have completed almost 60% clearing and Grubbing works of the handed
over length and also have a lot of scope for bridge, culvert and embankment works to achieve your
target progress. Our honorable Client and PIC team members are always conscious of providing
necessary technical support, consultation and helpful guide for smooth implementation of the
project.

Therefore, you are instructed to make a proper planning for achieving target progress with the
present scopes available with you.
