Strength:
They are market Leader: In Bangladesh they first introduce a place where one can find their
house/flat with sorting them by price and places
They have created a trustworthy image to buy property from bproperty.com websites remaining
at home
They also make life easy for the people who are looking to rent houses
No competitors at this time
Weakness:
In terms of large investment people trend to visit the place physically
Sometimes videos are not enough to give the proper idea of the property
The websites is not that much handy
visualization or tour of the property is not available there
Threat:
Any real estate company can easily become their competitors by giving more unique features like
visualization or tour of that house
Opportunity
Small families are increasing in Dhaka so they can target them by providing small flats which cost
or rent less.
They might increase website facilities to give more details and accurate view of the property
One of the very first strategy that they are following is targeting web viewers with property image and
videos. Nowadays people are always in rash so they do not get time to visit the property and take hazel.
This site giving them an amazing opportunity for these people. Another thing that is they are highlighting
the key feature or attracting feature of the property in their website. Moreover they are providing videos
rather than still image which gives more clear idea of properties. “bpropertiy” also proving rental facilities
which another way of attracting customers. Another fact that is they have given the option to customize
their own flat.
