SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

That I, WENDY I. COADY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to KEVIN COADY,
American citizen, with residence and postal address at 1702 A St. Suite C-269, Sparks,
Nevada 89431, United States of America, by these presents do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT MISHEENA JOYCE C. TIATCO, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, with residence and postal address at 4123 Camia St., Hensonville Subd.,
Angeles City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in may
name, place and stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1. To purchase a real estate property specifically described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 1 Block 21, Phase III, 280 square meters more or less)
situated in Barangay Amsic, City of Angeles, Pampanga

2. To sign and/or execute in any deed of conveyance to effect the sale of the
property in my/our name/s;

3. To make payments, sign papers, execute any document and deliver contracts,
documents, agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind of which
needed my consent or personal authority, with any and all third persons,
concerns and entities for the preservation of the property, for the same to be
titled and transferred under my name and which maybe necessary or required in
performing and consummating the aforesaid acts;

4. To receive all the documents pertinent to the purchase of any property;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might
or could lawfully do, if personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do
or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
