1.1. Background: Creative Bee, while implementing an entrepreneurship pilot for UNDP's
Disha Project aims to form a group of 2000 women weavers four districts in the state
of Telangana to help them achieve direct market-linkage. In this regard, Creative
Bee seeks to employ the consultancy services of Mr. Kasirajan, to assist in the
overall planning and formation of the women weaver's entity/organization.
The successful completion of this contract shall rely upon the successful accomplishment of
these objectives by the consultant.

2. DURATION OF CONTRACT:
This contract shall commence on 08/Jun/2018, and shall expire on the satisfactory
completion of the services/objectives/deliverables described above, but not later than
01/Jan/2019, unless sooner terminated under the terms of this contract.
3. CONSIDERATION:
As full consideration for the services performed by the Contractor under the terms of this
Contract, Creative Bee shall pay the Contractor, upon ascertaining that the services have
been satisfactorily performed in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, as
follows:

Upon the formation of the entity (including formation of all SBUs &

The Consultant shall perform the work assignment with reference to the Pilot's geographic
scope, which includes Telangana's districts of Yadadri, Nalgonda, Siddipet and Warangal.
The Consultant may or may not have to travel to Telangana during the course of this
contract, however, in case travel is required, Creative Bee shall bear all travel expenses
including flight tickets, hotel accommodation and food.
5. REPORTING:
At the end of the contract, the consultant shall provide a concise report of the work
assignment to Creative Bee. This report shall contain the process-map, an account of the
challenges faced, the changes made to the implementation plan along the way (and reasons
for the changes) and any other information the consultant deems essential.
