Dear Sir/Ma’am:

I am writing this letter to convey my willingness to apply for a teaching position in

Southwestern University. I finished my degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Political
Science, Cum Laude, in San Jose Recoletos way back 2013. After I earned my degree
in Political Science, I pursue my Masters Degree in Public Administration in Cebu
Normal University and gained 18 units of it and hopefully I will finished it next year.
Moreover, in order for me to gain strategies in teaching I enrolled myself in a special
program, Diploma in Professional Education in Cebu Technological University. I am
extremely interested in obtaining a teacher position at Soutwestern University, where I
can contribute all my learnings.

My experiences being a Part- Time faculty in college ,a student teacher in high school
and an ESL Instructor prepare me to become an effective teacher in your school.
Through the said experiences I was able to maximize my skills in handling group of
students.I used to prepare daily lesson plan and prepare different kind of tests (
Diagnostic,Formative and Summative Tests). If I am given a chance to be part of your
school my main objective is to have a student- centered environment since I believe that
through this I can help the students in gaining self confidence.

I am very excited about the opportunity of joining Soutwestern University. I am much

willing to have an interview with you for me to share more about myself.
