1KING’S LAW

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven. That’s a powerful
statement the Lord gave. As it is in heaven. Amen? Thy kingdom come and Thy will be
done!! —on earth as it is in heaven. You know I don’t believe we ever really got that so
much. It was just like a ritual prayer. On earth as it is in heaven. That was because God was
colonizing the universe. His kingdom. That’s powerful because Jesus came preaching what?
The kingdom of God is upon you. Repent. In other words, change your mind. Right? Change
your mind. And we talked about what the kingdom of God represented and the purpose of
God being king— Jesus being king. And we talked not only about the kingdom, but that God
expresses his desires in his kingdom because he is colonizing it. In other words, he is making
it according to his righteousness. The bible says seek ye the kingdom of God and his
righteousness. So in seeking the kingdom of God, you must first understand what the
kingdom of God is. Jesus never came preaching religion, he came preaching the kingdom.
He didn’t say repent for religion is upon you. He said repent for the kingdom of God is upon
you. Amen? So if there is a kingdom then there must be citizens. And if there are citizens
there must be a constitution. Amen? Because every kingdom is established by laws and
constitution, isn’t it. Amen? You know, it’s pretty amazing because when you really begin to
get revelation about the kingdom of God, you realize you don’t belong here. You know it’s
almost like– and it reminds me of back in the days when Christopher Columbus sailed and so
forth– when they actually believed the earth was flat, you know. It’s almost like religion is
flat, man! You know. Religion is flat! You know why? Because it comes to an end. When
you get to the end of something that’s flat you fall off. But when something is round, it
constantly goes. It never stops, does it. So the kingdom of God is— I don’t want to say
round, but I want to use the expression of —it’s eternal. So it’s constantly going, but religion
is flat! So when you begin to realize what the kingdom of God is - because God established
the kingdom— that the kingdom of God was established in God. Amen? And so God was
bringing his kingdom - created a universe so that he could colonize it. So he brought his
ethics with him, didn’t he. He brought his character. He brought his laws. He brought his
constitution. Every kingdom is governed by laws. Amen? Hallelujah. Would you go to—
somewhere. In John 18. Oh, hallelujah. Now we have been doing a series called Thy
Kingdom Come and I think this is the third tape - the third teaching and today we are going to
talk about the King’s law. Oh, hallelujah! So religion is flat, man. Everybody say, religion is
flat! And there is an end to religion, but there is not an end to the kingdom. In John 18:33, is
everybody there? What did I say? John 18? Oh, I’m in Matthew, that’s why it doesn’t look
right. Glory to God. Now, I’m in Luke— I’m getting there. Whew! Glory! Did I say John 18?
Verse 33, are you all there yet? Then Pilate entered into the praetorium again, and called
Jesus, and said to him, Are you the King of the Jews? And Jesus answered him, are you
speaking for yourself about this or did others tell you this concerning me? Pilate answered,
Am I a Jew? Your own nation and the chief priests have delivered you to me: what have you
done? Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world,
then my servants fight so that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now my kingdom is
not from here. Pilate therefore said to him, Are you a king then? Jesus answered, You say
rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born To this end was I born, and for this cause I
have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Every one that is of the
truth hears my voice. Pilate said to him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went
out again to the Jews, and said to them, I find no fault in him at all. But you have a custom,
that I should release someone to you at the Passover: do you therefore want me to release to
you the King of the Jews? Well man that really got them upset. So even Pilot pronounced
Jesus as King of the Jews to the Jews. Does everybody get that? Oh, man the demons were
jumping then. Those religious demons were falling off the end of religion! Hello. Then all
cried again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber. He was a thief.
So they were willing to exchange their king for a thief, again. And we are going to go back to
that later. Because King Saul— see this is a representation where they rejected the Lord as
King, and they accepted a man. And even the Lord said, he will steal from you. He will do all
these things. Samuel told the people but they didn’t believe him. And it happened again!
This same thing happened. You know the old testament is a shadow of things to come, isn’t
it. So where there is a king, there is a kingdom, isn’t there. And where there is a kingdom, it
is governed by its laws or its constitution. Even the Father said, Jesus told them - it’s your
Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Remember the Lord rebuked the Pharisees
and Sadducees and said to them, listen man you shut up the kingdom of God to the people.
Then you go out and try and find yourself a disciple (according to your ways) and you make
him twice the individual from hell than you were. Amen? Because they were shutting up the
kingdom of God by their religiosity. Now where there is a king, there is a kingdom. And
where there is a kingdom there are constitutions and laws that are governed by the kingdom
for the people. See that is why many things happen in individuals lives because they are not
following under the government that God has established. And we will talk more about
citizenship on Tuesday but today I want to get to this. God’s law. So without law or order
there is what? —chaos. Amen? There is chaos. Now to be a king, it’s not voted. It is
inherited. Amen? Praise God. Go to Psalm 19. Praise you Lord. Psalm 19. Bless your Holy
Name. We talked about authority and power. Amen? And even with authority and power,
authority is a representation of responsibility. Because if you are not responsible to fall under
the guidelines of the government of the king or the government associated with the laws of
the kingdom – you are not responsible. And the devil knows you have no authority. Because
if you are not under authority, you have none. Are you with me? Now authority gives the
legality to power. Without authority you have no power. Does everybody get that? So these
governing laws bring us, the citizens, to an arena where we walk according to God’s
government and not our own. In Psalm 19:7, would you read it with me. Is everybody there?
The law of the LORD is what? –perfect. It’s what? Perfect. It’s what? Perfect, converting the
soul: the testimony of the LORD is what? –sure, making wise the simple. Wow! So the king’s
words are the law. Are you with me? Come on say it with me: The king’s words – are the law.
They are also the constitution. Okay, he said the law of the Lord is what? Perfect. The
testimony of the Lord is what? Sure. Making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are
right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The
fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and
righteous altogether. Come on read them with me. More to be desired are they than gold,
yes, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is
your servant is what? —warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. So we are
warned. God warns us by keeping his word. Are you with me? Now the king’s words are law
and they are the constitution. The testimony. The testimony, people have a testimony, don’t
they, when they obey the law. Everybody has testimony when they obey God’s word.
There’s your testimony. In fact, there are testimonies in here, aren’t there. In this written
bible are testimonies. Are you with me? Statutes— do you know what a statute is? It is
something that they make of somebody or some thing. And you know what? I never
changes, does it. No matter what storm comes, that thing is still there. Are you with me?
The statutes of the word of God never change. No matter what happens. Even if there—
listen God’s word never changes. Even though the environment does but God’s word doesn’t.
Are you with me? Nothing changes. The commandment is truth not a lie. Anyway, we know
that he cares, doesn’t he. Fear of the Lord is a representation of reverence or respect for his
word and to honor Him. His judgments— it says, of the Lord are true and righteous
altogether. His convictions and decisions are true. They are righteous. Amen? A kingdom is
the government of the King. And the king expresses to his people in the constitution,
because his word is law. His word is constitution. What he speaks, is what is law. Is
everybody with me? No matter what. It’s not open for debate. It’s not open for challenge.
It’s not open for amendment. It’s not open for disagreement. Remember man does not vote
a king in. And we talked about what qualifies the king. He is the owner of everything, isn’t
he. That’s why Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. That’s where the word “landlord”
came from - because he is the owner of the land. Amen? That’s why estate is called real
because it is real estate. It’s real. Why? Because God created it. Amen? Right Mindy?
Hallelujah! Mindy passed her test! Hallelujah!!! Now she belongs to the kingdom. No – now
she is an agent of God’s land!!! A real estate agent. The king’s desire is unchanging. Amen?
And he expresses his desires for his people in the constitution. Now again - you know man’s
constitution, if you read the beginning it says, we the people. In God’s constitution in the
kingdom of God it has – not we the people. When Moses had the encounter with the Lord he
said, who do I say? He said, I AM that I AM. Hello. Go to Psalm 148. So where there is a
king, there is a kingdom. Where there is a kingdom, there is a government. And where there
is a government, there are citizens. And there are governing laws or constitution. Oh,
hallelujah. In Psalm 148, verses 5 and 6, I believe. Is everybody there? Would you read it
with me? Let them praise the name of the LORD, For He what? —commanded and they were
created. He also established them forever and ever; He made a what? —decree which shall
not pass away. God’s word’s are decrees and they can never pass away. Amen? His
decrees– In fact, there are decrees that go out from the king, don’t they. In Daniel 4. See
that’s why the devil is a legalist. Because he knows God’s kingdom is governed by a
constitution and laws. What he always tries to do is cause you to break them. That’s called a
broken covenant, isn’t it. You know, it’s powerful because one of the illustrated constitutions
of the Lord in the old testament is when he destroyed all mankind and he kept Noah. And
what did he give Noah? He gave Noah a sign. He put a part in his constitution where he said,
Noah I’m going to make a covenant with you and the rainbow will be a covenant of my
constitution with you. He said, I will never kill man by water again. I won’t drown the whole
earth. He may drown part of it but he won’t drown the whole earth. Amen? Of course, next
time he’s going to cook it! Hallelujah. In Daniel 4:17, is everybody there? This decision is by
the what? —decree of the watchers, and the sentence by the word of the holy ones, in order
that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to
whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men. This was Daniel speaking about
Nebuchadnezzar the king. And God was decreeing– he was making a decree at this time and
he was expressing that what is decreed by God is established and cannot be changed. Are
you with me? Even the king himself had spoken certain things that actually got Daniel in
trouble. Amen? Because there were people that were trying to snare Daniel. Do you
remember Meshack, Shadrack and Abednigo? What happened to them? Two decrees came
down from King Nebuchadnezzar to worship the golden image. Amen? And they chose not
to. So the king was furious and he said turn up the ovens - seven times more. So the
servants of the king went and grabbed those guys and threw them in the fire. And the
servants died and were cooked. And then the king went down there and said, man what’s
going on here. Who is the other dude in there with them. I thought we only put three in
there. And they all came out and the king declared that they worship the God of heaven, the
true God. And then his son eventually took over. And his son was convinced by his servants
to set a decree that nobody could worship God for 30 days and anybody who bowed to any
other God would be killed and thrown in the lions’ den. But they tricked the king because the
king because Daniel was in good favor with the king. And so they brought the decree and
these were governors there that were trying to get Daniel out of position because he held a
high office. And Shadrack and the other two guys, they worked under Daniel. So King Darius
was tricked by the governors and unfortunately got trapped with Daniel. His desire was not
to kill Daniel, he didn’t want to. In fact, he fasted that night and wept. And he was “in hope”
– Oh, I Hope the God of Daniel will rescue him! Amen? So Daniel was put in the lion’s den
and the king feared and fasted. And then he ran down– he couldn’t sleep all night and he
wanted to know – and there was Daniel. He set a decree that day also about worshiping the
God of heaven, the true God of Daniel. See they could not come against their own decrees
could they. Even when the king sent it out – they could not come against their own word.
Look what happened to John the Baptist and Herod. Amen? Who was what? King. And the
wife’s daughter danced in front of him and he was full of ust and lusted after her and he said,
man you can have half the kingdom – anything you want if you dance before me. Hallelujah.
And so what happened was he was so in lust for her that he was willing to give up half the
kingdom. So she ran out and went to her mother, who was as perverse as she was - and they
hated John because he carried the truth. And she said, convince him to give you his head. So
she came back out and said, listen I’ve danced for you— give me the head of John. And he
agreed to it because he had decreed. Man, did he regret what he said. And when they
brought him the head of John, he wept – because he feared John. He knew he was a prophet
of God. But he could not come against his own decree, could he. Amen? Do you understand
that? Even then, when a king sent out a decree— So when you and I break the law we tie
the hands of God, don’t we. Amen? There are certain commands. Now, in the old testament
we called them laws, didn’t we. But even now Jesus still commands, doesn’t he. He says he
commands things through the Spirit of God. Didn’t he command his disciples – he said, listen
everybody stay here in Jerusalem, in the upper room, until the promise of the Father comes.
How many disobeyed? Many. Out of 500 disciples - 500 disciples were there – only 120 went
up into the upper room and got touched and changed and filled with the Holy Spirit with
tongues of fire. And the other 380 went to the religious sect. 120 obeyed and got the
blessing. 380 disobeyed and got religion. Amen? Oh, hallelujah. Go to Deuteronomy 8.
Deuteronomy chapter 8 starting at verse 1. Is everybody there? Would you read it with me
please. Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe,
that you may what? —live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD
swore to your fathers. And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way
these forty years in the wilderness, to what? —humble you and test you, to know what was in
your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. Forty years. That’s a long
time to be tested to find out what was in your heart. Praise God. We can do that in 5
minutes. Hallelujah! Just talk to somebody, you’ll find out right where they are at. Say, Hi.
Whew-- that’s it. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which
you did not know nor did your fathers know,– Now I like this, he says he humbled you and
allowed you to what? Hunger. You know what that meant? Kept something from you to see
how you would react – or how you would respond. And fed you with manna which you did not
know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by
what? —bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the
LORD. Hallelujah. Man shall live by every word out of the mouth of God who is our King and
our Lord. In Proverbs 30. Oh, hallelujah. In verse 4. Who has ascended into heaven, or
descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a
garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His
Son’s name, if you know? Every word of God is what? —pure; He is a shield to those who put
their trust in Him. Do not add to His words, lest He rebuke you, and you be found a what? —
liar. Oh, hallelujah. Do we hear people say “the Lord said”–? Believe me most of the time
it’s not the Lord that said. And people get themselves in trouble and they wonder why. Oh,
hallelujah. Would you turn to Matthew 24. You know you can make things happen. Does
everybody understand that? You can make things happen. Anyone in this room can be rich if
they wanted to. Just by going out and working hard. Amen? There are ways to be rich. You
can go open up a ministry and do all kinds of things. And you can say God told you so. But
the greatest failure is to what? Be successful in the wrong assignment. Hello. That’s why
God places government in his kingdom. In Matthew 24, are you there? In verse 35. Oh,
hallelujah! What’s the greatest failure? To be successful in the what? Wrong assignment. In
verse 35, Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my what? —words will by no means pass
away. So the king’s decree, the king’s constitution and the king’s law will never pass away.
That’s why the bible says that the word became flesh and dwelt among us. What was
happening? The king’s law and constitution came to express himself to the people. Amen?
And he began to tell them - Hey listen man, here it is. Repent. Make your ways different.
Make as different choice. Change your mind. Because the kingdom is at hand. Amen? Oh,
hallelujah. Remember his word remains constant in the changing environment. Are you with
me? His word does what? Remains constant in the changing environment. The king’s
constitution is expressing the will of the king for his people. Does everybody get it? The
constitution is expressing the will of the king to his people. It is a royal contract. Now it is
from the king to his people. Not from the people to the king. A constitution is a royal
contract that is from the king to his people. Are you with me? It contains the benefits and
privileges for his citizens. Are you with me? Do you all get this? So the constitution is a royal
contract from the king to his people. Not from the people to the king. It contains the benefits
and privileges for its citizens. When the king speaks it becomes a constitution. Are you with
me? Go to Psalm 103. Where there is a kingdom, there is a king. Where there is a kingdom,
there is a constitution. And there is a government governing by laws. Hallelujah. Would you
read verses 1 through something. Start at verse 1 anyway. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and
all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and what? —forget not
his constitution. Forget not his benefits! Remember the constitution is a royal covenant - a
royal contract between the king and his people. And he is saying, listen in my constitution -
these are my benefits to you. I told you that by serving the Lord and being part of the
kingdom that it has a wonderful retirement plan. Amen? There are great benefits. All kinds
of wonderful things. There is prosperity and all kinds of things but you must be in alignment
with God’s government. Hallelujah. There are benefits. It’s called welfare. But not like the
welfare you know today. It’s different welfare. Because it’s the king’s welfare for his people.
Amen? These are his benefits. Boy was that changed around. Hallelujah. Bless the LORD, O
my soul, and forget not his benefits. Who what? Here’s part of his benefits - he forgives all
your iniquities; who heals all your diseases. Hallelujah. So healing is a part of a covenant
promise from God almighty. The King. It’s in the constitution! Far be it that people should
preach against the constitution of God. Who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns
you with loving kindness and tender mercies; who satisfies your mouth with good things; so
that your youth is renewed like the eagles. Praise God!! Those are part of his benefits. Now
I want to show you his constitution. It’s written. This is called the constitution of God. It’s in
the bible. Hello. This is a written constitution. We will talk a little bit more about that. Go to
Psalm 24. Oh, hallelujah. Start at verse 1 please. Is everybody okay? Are you getting this?
We are no longer on flat earth. Hello. I’m telling you, if you really get this in your spirit you
will be walking off the earth. You will realize you have no part of this place because you are
part of the kingdom. Wait until we talk about royal citizens! Oh, glory!! Start at verse 1
please. The earth is the what? —LORD's, repeat that again please - the earth is the LORD’s.
Why? Because he’s the landlord. Hello. And all its fullness; the world, and those that dwell
therein. So he owns it all, doesn’t he. For he has founded it on the seas, and established it
on the waters. Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy
place? He that has what? —clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to
an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. Wow! So we know now– we see that he is the landlord of all
creation. That’s why he is King of kings and Lord of lords because anything that was created,
he owns. He owns it all. He owns everything. I know this may sound strange but he even
owns bacteria. So if he owns bacteria, guess what? Wait until you find out what you can do
as a citizen. Hello. Does he own disease? Yes. There isn’t anything that was created– hello.
There isn’t anything that was created by anyone else but him. So that’s why I always tell
people, if you know the owner – Praise God!! I shared this story before. I was driving this
woman home from church one day. An elderly woman. And I pulled into this – she lived in an
apartment and I pulled into this place that said no parking and she said, you can’t park there.
And I said why not, my father owns this place. She looked at me and said, really? And I said,
yea. Your father owns it too! [Laughter.] Hallelujah. Praise God. Everybody alright? Oh, to
God be the glory! So the Lord is the landowner of everything. Every kingdom is governed by
laws because it is associated with the landowner. Amen? Everybody got it? Because every
kingdom is associated with a king that owns land. Are you with me? That’s how kingdoms
started in the old testament. That’s why people were fighting with one another. They were
always fighting over land, weren’t they. No matter what it was. They were just trying to take
somebody else’s land. Isn’t that what is going on right now? Look what’s going on in Israel.
Isn’t that fighting over land? Amen? In fact my wife said— she called me this morning and
said tell everybody Shalom - from Zion. I said, okay I will — and so I did. [Laughter.] Now go
to Genesis 2. I wouldn’t want to have a broken vow. I have enough stuff to fight. Hallelujah!
Is everybody warm? Is everybody cold? Well you all need to repent then. [Laughter.]
Because the bible says you have to be hot! Somebody do something with the AC please so
nobody slips -- and falls. I wouldn’t want anyone to say, I couldn’t get it because I was
shaking so much. That’s the anointing. Don’t worry about it. In Genesis 2, is everybody
there? In verse 8. Would you read it with me. The LORD God planted a garden eastward in
Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground the LORD God
made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life was
also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Now I want
to show you something very important. It says God created a man and then what did he do?
He gave him a piece of property. Amen? Where did he put him? He put him in the garden.
Amen? Do you all get this? So this is where God started to colonize - through man. He said
okay Adam, here it is – you are created in my image and likeness and I am putting you on this
piece of property. Now I want you to take care of this property. Now on this property are all
kinds of trees and food. You can eat anything man. The fruit shall be meat for you from now
on. There is the tree of life that you may eat from also but there is the tree of the knowledge
of good and evil that you are not to eat from. Now you have to understand something - this is
where God’s constitution was established with Adam. Why? Because where there is a king
there is a kingdom and there is always land involved. And where there is land involved there
must be a constitution and governing laws to protect the constitution. Are you with me?
Okay. Oh, hallelujah. Let’s go a little further. In verse 18. What did the Lord say? And the
LORD God said— wait a minute now— okay verse 16, let’s go back up a little bit. Let’s not
get ahead of ourselves. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the
garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not
eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall what? —surely die. When you see the word
“commanded,” that means God spoke. Anywhere that you see God spoke, you know that it is
constitution and law. Are you with me? So when the Holy Spirit says something to you, is
that constitution and law? You betcha!! Why? Because he is trying to get something to you,
isn’t he. So if you are abiding in the constitution - obeying the law, that means God is trying
to get something to you. Because the constitution is a royal covenant between the king— for
his people. In other words, this is what I am going to give you. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise
God. So— now, I want you to understand something very powerful. The law was given to
protect the constitution of eternal life, wasn’t it. Amen? Adam and Eve were created
eternally. He said, listen as long as you don’t eat of that tree my constitution will be
maintained. Here it is. Here’s the benefit: live forever. Whoa!! How many of you want to
live forever? Not here, though. Right? Thank God! You’re going to live forever. The
problem is you are either going to live in heaven forever or in hell. We don’t want to live in
hell, do we. It’s too hot there anyways— and the sun doesn’t shine, it’s just not fun. Now,
God established something with Adam and Eve that was natural to them. It was a natural
law. Okay, don’t eat this. Cool. No problem. Tend this ... help one another .... To them it
was natural. They didn’t know what adultery was, did they. They didn’t know what lying was.
They didn’t know what greed was! They didn’t know anything to that degree. So these
things were natural to them— to obey God. The bible says that they walked and talked with
him in the garden!! Everything was cool -- no problem. But they slipped when the ate of the
tree. So what was natural to them ... Hello— When the scales— okay, remember the bible
says they ate of it and then they were what? Their eyes were opened but they were actually
closed to the real natural realm. Now we call it supernatural. Because you and I are born
into the natural realm now, so all the things of that lifestyle are now considered supernatural.
Are you with me? So now you and I have to fight the natural realm and greed and lying and
lust and all of these other things. See that was not established when Adam and Eve were
created, was it. To them it was natural to walk with God and talk with God and be obedient
and tend and take care of the land that was given to them and so forth. But when they fell
and they were removed, when they had eaten of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,
their eyes were opened to evil. They were opened to good and evil. The knowledge of it.
God never intended for them to experience it. He intended for them to be taught what it was,
but they experienced it instead. And they broke covenant with God. They broke the
constitution. They broke the law. And when there is a broken law there is always a
consequence. So he had to remove the benefit of eternal life for them. Because he said now
you will die. But on the way out he killed an animal to restore— be fruitful and multiply. Are
you with me? But from that point on they struggled with greed and lying and lust and so
forth. Look at their offspring Cain and Abel. Those were offspring of the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil. One was good and one was evil. Amen? Oh, hallelujah. Are you
with me? Then Adam gave the land to who? satan. And satan took over the land. And he
became landowner or lessee. He doesn’t own it. He just took over the lease. Amen? Go to
Exodus 20. Hallelujah. Exodus 20. Is everybody okay? Hallelujah. Oh, wow. Exodus 20,
start at verse 1. And God spoke all these what? — words. What’s that mean? Laws and
what? Constitution. Now what he is actually doing is bringing the law in. Why? Because the
law protects the constitution. It protects the benefits and so forth. He is saying, alright let’s
do something here. He’s bringing the law in. Why? Because man lost the nature of the
image and likeness of God. They lost that natural instinct of what was righteousness and
pure. And they no longer could obtain that again because they were in the fallen nature. So
God brought in the law to help them— give them a guide. To give them boundaries so they
could still receive the benefits of the constitution. Are you with me? And it says, I am the
LORD your God, which have brought you out of the land of bondage or Egypt, out of the
house of bondage. You shall have what? —no other .... So now he is giving them the law.
But see now this is called a written law, isn’t it. This is what Moses came down with. From
the mountain. This is a written law. Now you can read it— but see there was a natural law
that was not written, that was expressed through God’s creation. And in the natural realm
now, there is gravity. What goes up, must come down. You can’t defy it. You can’t change
it. You can’t do anything. Even though planes fly, they still have to come down. Hello.
Nobody can change the rotation of the earth and so forth — how planets rotate — those are
all laws, aren’t they. I mean that God created. Those are all part of — those are what we call
natural laws and these are laws of creation. Hallelujah. Let’s go a little further. You shall not
make for yourselves a carved image of any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or
that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down
to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the
fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And showing
mercy to thousands of them that love me, and what? —keep my what? —commands or my
words or my law. You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain; for the LORD will
not hold him guiltless that takes his name in vain. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it
holy. Six days shall you labor, and do all your work: But the seventh day and so forth and - it
talks about honoring your mother and your father. You shall not murder. You shall not
commit adultery. You shall not steal. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
You shall not covet your neighbor’s house or wife or material things or anything of that
degree. The commandments or the laws are boundaries that protect man from breaking
covenant. Losing the benefits. Resisting the evil nature and instituting Godly nature. Do you
understand that? Why? Because it was lost. The Godly nature was lost. Laws protect land
and provide a safe environment. They had to be written because the natural law was
removed. Are you with me? So man had to read them now because the natural law was
removed from them. They lost it in the garden. Laws protect society and restrain evil. Say it
with me. They what? They protect society and restrain evil. Again, greed was unnatural.
For you and I, greed should be unnatural now. Lying should be unnatural. Stealing should be
unnatural. That is not a part of your natural state anymore. If you are a born again Christian,
you are brand spanking new! And these laws of the world now that come in— as a fallen-
state image when we were born, have no dominion over you anymore. Are you with me?
That should not be a part of your nature anymore. It should be over with. Oh, hallelujah.
Remember earth is a colony of heaven. And if earth is a colony of heaven, it has heavenly
laws that apply in heaven and on earth. Are you with me? Is everybody okay? Go to
Jeremiah 31. [Pastor sings: Your word oh Lord is eternal, it stands firm .... Glory!] I like that
song. So when you sing that song again you are going to get more revelation. In Jeremiah 31
- is everybody there? Would you read it with me. Behold, the days come, said the LORD, that
I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not
according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the
hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke— is everybody
there? Jeremiah 31– Oh. Sorry. [Laughter.] Well start at 31, will you. I’m like, what’s the
problem, man? Jeremiah 31:31. Come on, aren’t you in the Spirit or what!! Alright, I repent.
[Pastor sings: Jeremiah was a .... – Jeremiah was not a bull frog, okay.] Jeremiah 31:31 - just
back up two, okay. Would you read it now with me please. Behold, the days come, said the
LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by
the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; my covenant which they what? —broke,
though I was a husband to them, says the LORD: But this is the covenant that I will make
with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my what? —law in their
minds. What law? The law that was originally stated. The law of his nature when he created
Adam and Eve in his image and likeness. Are you with me? See, he’s not talking about the
ten commandments. He is talking about the law of nature. The law of everything that he
created when he created Adam and Eve. That natural law that was within them - that they
knew what pleased God. Now we know that the written law - Hello - will be established in
them also because they will know what’s right and what is wrong. They will know what
pleases God. Did Adam and Eve know what pleased God? Yes. They didn’t know what greed
was, they didn’t know anything. So there had to be a written law now to prevent us from all
of those goofy things. Hallelujah. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of
Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their minds, and write it in their
hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wow! Is that happening now?
Yes. How is that happening? By getting a new spirit in the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. What’s he
doing then? He’s putting— he’s reinstating the heavenly nature. Are you with me? Say he’s
reinstating – the heavenly – nature – within me. Matthew 5. Glory! In verse 3, VERSE THREE.
[Laughter.] Blessed are the poor in spirit. Are these laws now? Yes. And benefits, aren’t
they. It says, Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the what? —kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be what? —comforted. Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for
they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the
pure in heart, for they shall what? —see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be
called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs
is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and lie and
betray you and everything else - speak falsely for my sake, say all kinds of evil against you
falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for
so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. So those are other laws— these were
given by the Lord. Amen? Now these are called spiritual laws. Are you with me? These are
spiritual laws given by the Lord himself. He said listen if you do these things here all these
other things are available to you. Amen? Go to Deuteronomy 10. No obedience to the law
protects, [Are you with me?] and promotes prosperity and unity. Obedience to the law.
Obedience to the law protects and promotes prosperity and unity. Deuteronomy 10. Now in
Deuteronomy is where Moses heard from God and these are all the words from Moses. In
fact, the word Deuteronomy comes from the word “law” and Deuteronomy is associated with
the word “torah” which is a representation of law. Are you with me? Hallelujah. In
Deuteronomy 10:12. Is everybody okay? Would you read it with me please. And now, Israel,
what does the LORD your God require of you, but to what? —fear the LORD your God, to walk
in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all
your soul, and to keep the commandments of the LORD and His statutes which I command
you today for your good? Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the LORD your
God, also the earth with all that is in it. Now that’s powerful. The heavens and the highest
heavens. Let’s keep going. The LORD delighted only in your fathers, to love them; and He
chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day. Therefore
circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer. Hallelujah. For the LORD
your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows
no partiality nor takes a bribe. It blows my mind how many people bribe God. Oh, Lord – if
you’ll do this, I’ll do that. No. God says if you do this, I’ll do that. Oh, Lord come on! Just
this one little bit here - come on now!! Just give me this here and I’ll do this— You know and
then there are sometimes when God lets you bribe him. Do you understand? Because you
are really not bribing him, you are making covenant when you say that. Lord if you’ll do this,
I’ll do that. Hello. And in reality you are making covenant with God. And if you break that
covenant, make sure nobody is around you. [Laughter.] And don’t take anybody with you.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah. In verse 18 - He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow,
and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing. Therefore love the stranger, for you
were strangers in the land of Egypt. You shall fear the LORD your God; you shall serve Him,
and to Him you shall hold fast, and take oaths in His name. He is your praise, and He is your
God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen.
Your fathers went down to Egypt with seventy persons, and now the LORD your God has
made you as the stars of heaven in multitude. Oh, hallelujah. Here’s the essence of the law -
it’s about blessings and curses. If you obey you are blessed. If you disobey you are what?
Cursed. Hallelujah. Whatever becomes the norm in this society or acceptable in this society
– becomes a law. Number 1: abortion. Society accepted it and it became a law! Think about
that. Now they have bars on every corner - it was accepted and it became a law. People
wanted to huff demons— they put them in a pack called cigarettes and it started off in
machines called “lucky strike.” [Laughter.] 25 cents and you could pull a lucky strike out of
this machine! Fire it up and catch cancer! And pass it on to your descendants ... what a
blessing!! They should have put a skull and crossbones on those things. Look at another one
that was established. It was accepted by society and now they are putting it into law - same
sex marriage. And now they are allowing them to adopt children. Because society is
accepting these things, they are going to allow it. They still allow— listen you can go to any
kind of— you can drive down the street in some places and has triple sex adult whatever —
pornography. You can get it on the internet. You can go to strip clubs. Why? Because it is
accepted by society and it has been made legal. And you know they are protected by the
law. So even evil is protected by the law. That is because our society has accepted this but I
am sharing with you there is a law that cannot change. It has been established in heaven
and it will always be the same. And no matter whether the environment changes, his laws
and his constitution will never change. And it is our responsibility to walk according to his
and not according to this world. What may be acceptable to this world and society is not
acceptable to him. Amen? Oh, hallelujah. In Romans 7. Praise you Lord. You know this land
isn’t going to take much more either. In Romans 7, start at verse 1. Or do you not know
brethren for I speak to them that know the law, that the law has dominion over a man as long
as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long
as he lives; but if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. So then if,
while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress: but if her
husband dies, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she has married
another man. Therefore my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the
body of Christ; that you may be married to another, to him who was raised from the dead,
that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which
were aroused by the law, were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we
have been delivered from the law, that having died to what we were held by, that we should
serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. Praise God. Go to Romans 8.
Start at verse 1, Therefore there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus who
do not walk according to the flesh— So if you are walking according to the flesh, there is
judgment available. —but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ
Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. But it does not give you the right to
willfully sin! For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God
sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the
flesh, but according to the Spirit. So if you are walking according to the flesh, are you
fulfilling the law? No. So that means you will be judged by the law. Come on are you with
me? See the world is going to be judged by the law but if you are walking according to the
Spirit, you are not judged by the law. You are judged by your works. Because you walk in a
new nature. The original nature. Where there is no greed. Remember it said the works of
the flesh – hello. That’s the carnal nature, isn’t it. Then there are the fruit of the Spirit. And
because there are fruits of the Spirit [Galatians 5 -you don’t have to go there- you can read it
though] it tells you what two natures there are. Whatever nature you are walking according
to is what you will be judged by. Are you with me? Oh, hallelujah. That’s why Jesus said
listen, if you walk according to this nature— by his stripes you are healed. Whatever you
touch shall prosper. I will go before you as a consuming fire. I will give you far above all you
could ever ask or think. I will bring you life and life abundantly. It’s because you walk
according to his government. According to his kingdom. Turn to Psalm 119. Oh, hallelujah.
In verse 105. Psalm 119:105. Let’s back up a little bit. Verse 97, would you read it with me?
O how I love your law! it is my meditation all day. You through your commandments have
made me wiser than my enemies: [Praise God!] for they are ever with me. I have more
understanding than my teachers: for your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more
than the ancients, because I keep your precepts. I have refrained my feet from every evil
way, that I might keep your word. I have not departed from your judgments: for you yourself
have taught me. How sweet are your words to my taste! yes, sweeter than honey to my
mouth! Do you understand? Now when you see the word “word” or when you see where he
is speaking, it is according to his kingdom. It’s according to his law! These are coming from
his mouth to you and I. Through your precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every
false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path. Oh, hallelujah. In Hebrews
4 and we will close here. Hebrews 4. I pray today that you will see the bible now as a
constitution from God and a law according to his kingdom. Hebrews 4. Now when the Spirit
speaks, he is speaking a law to you. A commandment is a law. Hallelujah. Hebrews 4:11,
would you read it with me. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall
according to the same example of disobedience. For the word of God is living, (say: living)
and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul
and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart. And there is no creature hidden from his sight: but all things are naked and opened to
the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hallelujah. The word of God, the bible, is a
constitution. It is royal covenant from the king to his people. The law of the Lord is what
protects the constitution. Are you with me? That’s why there are laws that govern this
country. They protect the constitution. That’s why the have speeding laws and all kinds of
crazy laws. Hello. God’s word will not return void. What he spoke is written. Everything that
is written now, for you and I, is to help us and guide us and maintain the true nature that God
created man for. Remember he is not trying to take anything from us except for the old
nature. He is trying to get something to us through his constitution – because we belong to a
kingdom. An eternal kingdom. We have been brought into a new colony called the kingdom
of God. Rescued from the kingdom of darkness. But you know, the kingdom of darkness and
those who walk according to the kingdom of darkness, you can read in Galatians 5 - those are
the fruits of the flesh. That’s the other kingdom. Whatever kingdom we are walking in, we
are going to be judged according to the laws of that kingdom. Amen? Is everybody alright?
Do you see things differently now? Father, we thank you for your word today and we are
honored and blessed by your word. Your word, your written word, and your natural word.
Your law. Your constitution for each and everyone in this room. We want to thank you
Master for your benefits. We want to thank you. We want to thank you for keeping us. We
want to thank you for your word that won’t return void. We want to thank you for healing our
wounds and our past. For there are so many healings in our lives Lord, that we can’t even
count them all. And how many times you have rescued us – we want to thank you. We thank
you for your Word, for your Blood and for your Name! We thank you for the word that
became flesh that he could direct us in the right direction. We want to thank you Lord for
the newness of the Spirit and rescuing us from the law of condemnation. Lord we give you all
the glory, and all the praise and we ask for your forgiveness for every area that we have not
walked according to your government and according to your kingdom – where we have not
submitted according to your ways in any way whatsoever. We repent. And we prepare our
hearts to have communion with you today for you establish it, you speak it and so shall it be.
In Jesus’ name. And everybody said? AMEN!
