STRUNK BAR COMPLAINT against ADAM BENNETT SCHIFF- EXHIBIT "A"

This attachment to the State Bar of California Complaint Form by Christopher Earl
Strunk in esse Sui juris is in Exhibit for the matter of voter protection from the
malicious acts of California attorney ADAM BENNETT SCHIFF (SCHIFF) the
current U.S. House of Representative member ofthe 28th California House District
and Voters therein since the 2000 Federal election, SCHIFF must lose his
California law license regarding violations inter alia California's Business and
Professions Code Section 6125 and under California Rules of Professional Conduct
under Section 8.4:

Under Section 8.4 pertaining to attorney misconduct.

It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:
(b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on
the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a
lawyer in other respects;
(c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud,* deceit, or reckless or
intentional misrepresentation;
(d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;

Throughout the President Donald Trump impeachment proceedings CA

Representative SCHIFF, acted as the prosecutor, judge and a juror, and continually
engaged in deceit and intentional misrepresentation according to myself and many
observers including California Rep. Devin Nunes as well as the Republican House
Leader Kevin McCarthy who were co-sponsors H.Res.604 - Condemning and
censuring Adam Schiff, Representative of California's 28th Congressional District.
h ttps ://www. congress .gov/bill/116th-congress/house-resol ution/604/text

The republican members' assertions against SCHIFF were never addressed

however because the democrats tabled the resolution and kept SCHIFF on as head
of the impeachment inquiry after he was accused of dishonest behavior.

The following are some of the examples of possible misconduct, some ofwhich are
included within the resolution to censure SCHIFF.

SCHIFF MISREPRESENTED CALL WITH UKRAINE PRESIDENT

ZELENSKY TO CONGRESS AND AMERICAN PEOPLE

SCHIFF made up words that President Trump allegedly said in a call with
President Zelensky to try to make President Trump appear as if he was a mob boss
trying to shake down the leader of Ukraine, while SCHIFF was purporting to give

an account of the actual call to the House of Representatives. Some of SCHIFF's

impeachment arguments stem from his false narrative of the call. Several democrat
representatives continued to repeat this false narrative in their arguments to
impeach President Trump including Speaker of The House democrat Nancy Pelosi.
Pelosi repeatedly lied to the House (https://treedomheadlines.com/treedom-
wire/busted-pelosi-caught-lving-about-about-trump-and-zelenskv-phone-transcript/1
stating that President Trump said "Do me a favor," continuing the false narrative
that SCHIFF started with his fake account of a call.

The Washington Times has a summary of SCHIFF's false version

[https://www. washington times. com/news/2019/sep/26/adam-schiff-called-out-

Here is the actual transcript [https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trumps-ukrainJ -

rendition of the call. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwUB1Zv9MdM]

From the H. Res. 604 - The resolution to censure SCHIFF- I

Whereas, President Trump released the transcript of a call between him ~nd
the President of Ukraine;

Whereas, President Trump subsequently released the whistleblower

complaint of August 12, 2019;

Whereas, in a September 26, 2019, hearing on the whistleblower complai*t,

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff purported to relay the
content of the phone call to the American people; I
I
Whereas, instead of quoting directly from the available transcript, Chairman
Schiff manufactured a false retelling of the conversation between Presideht
1
Trump and President Zelensky;

Whereas, this egregiously false and fabricated retelling had no relationship to

the call itself;

Whereas, these actions of Chairman Schiff misled the American people, bring
disrepute upon the House of Representatives, and make a mockery of the
impeachment process, one of this chamber's most solemn constitutional
duties

SCHIFF PUSHES RUSSIA COLLUSION LIE DURING IMPEACHMENT

INQUIRY AND TRIAL TO TRY TO FRAUDULENTLY CONVINCE THE
PUBLIC AND CONGRESS THAT TRUMP IS A DANGER TO THE COUNTRY
AND WILL MEDDLE IN 2020 ELECTION

SCHIFF further concocted outright lies to congress to fraudulently influence

congressional members & the public-when he stated that Trump was found
colluding with Russia in 2016 election when he did not according to the over 2 year
special prosecutor Robert Mueller report. Adam SCHIFF also did not provide any
proof that President Trump was meddling in the 2020 election but continued to t
parrot this deception misleading Congress and the American people. 1

Additional Information

The State Bar’s Office of Chief Trial Counsel (OCTC) reviews complaints of unethical conduct by
attorneys licensed to practice in California. Should OCTC prosecute allegations contained in
your complaint, you may be required to testify before the State Bar Court in order to prove
charges against the attorney(s) involved. Below is a list of what OCTC can and cannot do when it
considers a complaint against an attorney:

• OCTC can recommend that an attorney be disciplined only for a violation of the California
State Bar Act or the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
• OCTC cannot act as your attorney or otherwise help you in legal matters connected with
your complaint. For example, OCTC cannot give you legal advice or perform legal service
for you (such as pursuing damages or other legal action against the attorney(s) involved
in your complaint). You may have legal remedies available to you, but OCTC cannot
advise you on your rights in a given situation or what you should do. The State Bar is not
a court that can provide civil remedies to you.
• OCTC cannot give you the name of a particular attorney to help you with your legal
matters. The State Bar does certify lawyer referral services, and a list of certified lawyer
referral services is available on the State Bar's website (www.calbar.ca.gov) or by calling
800-843-9053. The State Bar pamphlet Finding the Right Lawyer is also available online.
• OCTC can seek discipline for an attorney’s failure to refund an unearned fee or failure to
account for fees. Please keep in mind, however, that attorney fees are not refundable
simply because you are dissatisfied with your attorney's services. In other words, OCTC
cannot decide whether an attorney’s fee is reasonable. If you are disputing your
attorney's fees, you may seek to resolve the dispute through a fee arbitration process.
Information about fee arbitration is available online or by calling 800-843-9053.
• OCTC can seek an order of restitution if an attorney has misappropriated client funds. In
addition, the State Bar's Client Security Fund (CSF) may reimburse funds dishonestly
taken by the attorney (but not simply because the lawyer acted incompetently,
committed malpractice or failed to take certain action). CSF cannot process applications
for reimbursement until final discipline has been ordered against the attorney by the
California Supreme Court. An application for reimbursement from CSF is available
online or by calling 800-843-9053.
• If you have further questions, you may call the complaint line at 800-843-9053. Also, the
State Bar pamphlet Having A Problem With Your Lawyer is available online. The
pamphlet has helpful answers to questions about dealing with an attorney.
