WATConsult promotes Virgin Mobile’s “Indian Panga League” on social media

The most successful social media web campaign with above 4 lakh views on YouTube in a span of
30 days

Mumbai, May 19th 2010:  WATConsult, a leading social media agency, recently conducted a social media campaign for Virgin
mobile’s Indian Panga League launched during the IPL season three. Indian panga league has enthralled and engaged the youth
with new pangas and hatke takes on the game. Keeping this in mind, over 100 unique films of 15 seconds each were specially
created for the digital media exclusively.

with youth which is passionate about cricket and often get into friendly banters with their friends supporting opposing team during

Apart from having its own micro site, social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter & YouTube were used extensively. WATConsult,
as a part of their scope of work, helped the campaign to reach out to a wide audience in the online space. The campaign is the first
of its kind in the digital space and is unique in its approach. By creating such a viral content, WATConsult was able to interact with a
million of cricket fans & leverage it tactfully in the midst of IPL season three.

The campaign garnered over  five lakh views on YouTube, over 3000 fans on Facebook and over 1 million viewers on the
website.
