1 G. Allan Rosh Syllabus is too vast – lots of information is been fed in


a short time. Especially Beverages in 2nd year.
2 B. Abhinanth Teaching is fine no problem in learning.

3 P.H. Amarnath No problem with syllabus & teaching but too much of
record works.
4 Bobin George No problem with syllabus & teaching but too much of
record works.
5 Chilukuru Santosh Prajawal Syllabus is too vast – lots of information is been fed in
a short time. Especially Beverages in 2nd year.
6 Joel Saji Easy to understand no problem with syllabus and
teaching
7 A.G.Kamalesh Syllabus is too much. So much of information is given
within a short time.
8 Kunimgari Masthaniah Teaching is fine no problem in learning.

9 K.Dhanraj Kumar Practicals are very interesting. Theory is too much of


syllabus to understand.
10 Vishwa Vinoth No problem with syllabus & teaching but too much of
record works.
11 Dihoshan Fernando It is difficult to understand theory especially F&B
Service, it’s too much of confusions
12 C.Kisho Subjects are good but it difficult to remember all
information
13 A.Imran It is difficult to understand theory especially F&B
Service, it’s too much of confusions
14 T.Dilan Syllabus is too elaborate but difficult to learn.

15 A.K.Vishnu Practicals are boring. Theory is too much of syllabus to


understand.

Service, it’s too much of confusions
17 P.S.Rithin Not able to understand concepts it would be better to
have more practical than having theory.
