MOM BETWEEN CLEAR WATER AND HFL, HYD

Training given by Nilesh bharmbe to HFL employee for ETP operation as per bellow,

1 Equilization tank PH to be maintain 8-9

a)If PH < 8 or Acid Need to Add lime powder
solution - 5kg lime +100 ltr water
b)If PH >9 Alkaline , need to Add HCL Acid
solution 30% concentrated HCL
2 DAF or Oil and grease remover
a) poly -1 ltr +100 ltr water for 8 HR
b) Allum-4kg +100 ltr water for 8 HR
3 MBBR Tank Or Aeration tank-1,2,3 chemical addition
a) DAP 4kg/day -manual at start only
b) Urea 10kg/daymanual at start only
c ) Joggary 5kg +100 ltr water for 24 HRS
d) cow dung - 50kg one time for 24 HRS
c) STP water addation in MBBR-1
Secondary calrifier to MBBR-1 Sludge Recirculation in every 2Hrs once run pump 10 mints

a) NAOCL (hypho ) dosing in chlorination tank

5 Polymer dosing in filter press
solution -3 ltr polymer+ 100 ltr water WHEN filter press runing
6 Instead of caustic soda we have to use lime powder
7 Aeration tank to MBBR MLSS to be maintain at 3500 to 4500
8 Aeration tank PH To be maintain in the range of 7-8.
9 Disolved oxigen Demand (DO) should maintain 2.0

Requirement from clear water

1 ETP Opeartion is running as per clear water instructions.
We are not getting ETP Outlet as Pollution control board accepted criteria,So Full
2 coommissioning not completed.

3 All electrical instuments like PH Meter,Level sensors,water metrs are not working with interlocks.

4 All snag list for IQ,OQ attached with to be completed.

5 All Instruments Catalauges,Programme,Waranty card,Test cerificates not received.
6 All snag list for PQ has to be complete as per mail.
Video training to be provided when full commissioning of all electrical instuments completed.
