Questionary on management of micotoxines risks such as aflatoxines and ocratoxines

To be filled out only if the product has a specific aflatoxines/Ocratoxines risk

Serfruit follows the management of micotoxines risks in its quality system in order to satisfy in the best possible
way the necessities expressed by the market.
For this reason we decided to reclassify our suppliers based on the sensibility and capacity to guarantee the
maximum possible control on this matter
