I am Francia Mae S. Bueno, 23 years old and currently residing at Block 15 Lot 4
Moran Estate Subdivision, Tabaco City, Albay. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science
in Management at Bicol University last October 2017.

Coming to my qualifications and skills, I am flexible and results oriented,

knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
and has sense of responsibility. I also have good interpersonal and communication
skills and to work independently or as a part of a team. I am also an honest and self-
motivated person. I am very much willing to be trained, learn and absorb new
knowledge and skills that are needed in the performance of the job.

I have a work experience as a Replenishment Planner in Lion Commercial

Corporation in Tabaco City, Albay for 8 months (October 1, 2018- May 30, 2019). My
job responsibilities are creating purchase orders, checking of deliveries, communicating
with vendor, preparing approval template for budget to release orders created and
monitoring of stocks. During my college days, as an on-the-job trainee at the Local
Government Unit of Tabaco City I was exposed to handling a lot of office works and
performing various clerical duties such as entering data into a computer, screening and
reviewing the completeness of attachments and correctness of amounts of some
documents and filing documents.

Those experiences have given me opportunity to learn, sharpen and develop my

attitude, personality and skills.

Experience Sheet, photocopy of my Certificate of Eligibility, Diploma and Transcript of
