The market space is evolving day by day and has transformed itself into a more
technology-driven market. The real estate and developers sector is expected to become a $ 1
trillion sector by 2030. A market overpopulated with players, it is the innovation in marketing that
makes the companies stand apart from its competitors. With real estate technology getting so
much air time, it can be challenging to decide what tools to adopt and where to spend precious
marketing money. Social media was one of the first game changes for realtors seeking ways to
get noticed online.
In this highly competitive market, it is extremely important to have a balanced online

blend of tranquil lifestyle. Their vision is to establish a mark as
a leading real estate firm in India. Building commercial and
residential spaces that stand up to the test of time.

Analysis of their online presence-


- Gini constructions have a well-designed website. But, when it comes to easy
access to information about the company, there is a slight discrepancy regarding
that. If the design of the website can be made more minimalistic, the chances of
effectiveness increasing is high.
- The loading speed of the pages is slow when compared to the ideal loading time.
According to a Google research study, the ideal loading time for a website should
be anywhere within 3 seconds. It is found that if the loading time is kept under 3
seconds, the bounce rate from the website is reduced at large.
- The social media presence of the company is low. The frequency of the posts is
good but, the relevance of the posts to the consumer is low.
- The only posts on their social media are greetings from the organization for
festivals.
- The company does not have an Instagram handle. With the advertising on
Instagram stories turning out to be effective, it is very important to have a well
designed Instagram handle. This would help in keeping the customers informed.
- The website has a chatbot which is an excellent feature and can be utilized to a
great extent with a well-designed communication plan.

2) PS Developers ​is a real estate development company formed in the year 2003. Their
properties are design-oriented and environment-friendly crafted exclusively for an ideal
stress-free lifestyle with no compromise in quality. Their
core purpose is to give life to a dream thereby enhancing
the standard of living.

Analysis of their online presence-


- The website design is outdated and there is a lack of responsive design on their
website.
- The overall design of the website can be revamped.
- The information provided on the website is very useful for a buyer but, the ease
of usage is low which can be improved with better design.
- The company does not have a social media presence. With social media
becoming a major officiator of business, having a well defined social media
handle is important.
- Being active on question-answer forums like Quora is a necessity as customers
pose their questions on the internet more than over a call.
- The website loading speed can be improved.
- The addition of a chatbot can be an effective move.
- The copy on the website lacks a one to one narrative. With the usage of the right
words and phrases, businesses have created successful calls to actions.

3) Radius developers ​is a modern take on Mumbai’s real estate with the blend of integrity
& transparency with projects across prime locations of Mumbai. They strive to build
homes “Built Around You”.

Analysis of their online presence-


- Radius developers have a well-defined website design.
- The design is minimal and effective.
- They have an active blog producing relevant content to
the customers regarding home care and purchase
decisions. But, there is a lack of consistency. The blog posts can be released
more often in order to provide more value to the customer.
- The content on their Instagram is very interactive but there are few setbacks with
the designing of the posts.
- Even though they have 12K+ followers, the engagement on the posts is just
0.14% which is extremely low. The idea of content creation is a highly effective
tool to retain and earn more customers as the consumers are expecting more
than just the service of a brand.
- Call to Action is well designed.
- The site also provides free magazines through subscriptions. This medium can
be used to strengthen our email marketing.

4) Dipti Group ​was established in the year 1982. ​ It has been designing and developing
majestic and impressive abodes in some of the finest locations in Mumbai, Kolhapur,
Gujarat, Deolali, Talegaon, and Lonavala. Their vision is to provide

- The site design can be improved.
- The testimonials provided on the website are not clearly
defined. Since real estate is bought on the basis of trust, it is very important to
have the testimonials clear and defined.
- Dipti group does not have a social media handle.

5) Vishwa Green ​is a Real Estate Company that promotes and maintains the highest
standard of Concrete Infrastructure that has enjoyed immense success and increasing
customer support. The Eco-friendly measures remain to be the
company's special favor with a focus on environmentally sustainable developments
aimed to meet the 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)' Standards.

Analysis of their digital presence-


- The website loading time extended to more than 15 seconds and that can result
in a major increase in bounce rates.
- The copy on the landing page of the website has to be improved and there is no
mention of their projects on the landing page.
- There is no creative content on their social media handles. The majority of the
posts are either festival wishes or announcements. This could be well designed.
- Although they have a great following on their social media handles, the
engagement rate is not even 1%.
- Their blog posts have not been updated for about a year.
- The call for action is well designed.

6) HUBTOWN ​ ​is India's leading real estate development

Analysis of their online presence-

- Their website design is top-notch. The color combos and the texts used have
been well-engineered to provide a wholesome experience.
- They do not have a solid social media presence.
- Their customer content can be done in a better manner.

7) Dotom Realty​ is one of the premium real estate developers located in Mumbai.
It has carved a niche for itself, offering the finest living experiences in the city of Mumbai
and beyond in merely two decades.

Analysis of their online presence-


- The website design is average and needs a lot of re-designing
in terms of text design and color palettes.
- The website needs to be redefined.
- Social media presence- Low.
- There is no interactive content present on the website.
- There are no testimonials present.
- The SEO of the company is also low.
8) Sterling Enterprises ​is an estate agent and consultant service company. The main
business of Sterling enterprise is helping the client find the best property. With a wide
range of properties in its portfolio, the firm has been immensely
successful in providing what the consumers need.

Analysis of their online presence-


- Their website design is extremely outdated. With the consultant marketspace
transforming at a rapid pace with top players like housing.com, homes.com,
makaan.com, etc. It is very important to have the best user interface and more
enhanced services to be a class apart.
- Their core business communication is done through WhatsApp which is an
extremely powerful tool for developing personal contact with the consumers.
- The properties provided on their website, do not have a proper photo. This would
impact the trust factor with the customers.
- They do not have an app. Being an aggregator business in this saturated
tech-based market, having a user-friendly app is a necessity.
- Their SEO rank is acutely low.

9) Parshva Estate ​is a​ celebrated name in the field of Real Estate and it has been serving
its ​customers for years. The services that they provide are Property buying, selling,
leasing, and rental.

Analysis of their online presence:


- Both Parshva Estate and Sterling Enterprises have the same type of website with
the same design. There is no differentiation.
- The website needs an absolute revamp.
- There is no call to action feature.
- No social media presence.
- When compared to its competitors in the field, Parshva Estate lacks excessively
with their user interface, content, site design, promotions, updates.

10) Goel Ganga Developments ​is one of the best real estate builders in Pune. For over 38

- The website design is good.


- The landing page consists of the right amount of content and interactive
materials.
- The active chatbot is an exceptional feature of their website.

- There is an absence of interactive media on their site.

Overall observation-
- The analysis has helped in understanding the communication element of the Real estate
sector in great detail.
- These are the common findings when it comes to the chosen companies under this
sector.
- The company’s website interfaces are acutely non-user friendly.
- The social media presence is low. The reason behind this is that these
companies lack relatable content. These firms need a better content marketing
strategy in order to connect to the consumers on a personal level.
- Only a few firms have the chatbot feature on their websites. With the market
landscape transforming at large, chatbots help in creating the personal connect.
- Real estate purchases are a high involvement process and for a consumer to
choose a certain company over the other, the trust factor plays an immense role.
