I think most of the people will agree with the fact that improving our skills and knowledge is

a key factor of success in the future. Most of the young people always seek for sources of
experience and this makes that topic relevant. I personally believe that gaining knowledge
and experience from supervisors and teachers is a good idea.

First of all, best option to gain new knowledge and acquire skills is to be in contact with
certificated professionals, rather than with colleagues and classmates. When I was dealing
with problems at my home university, because I was not able to collect proper documents
to apply for exchange program abroad, I decided to approach foreign affairs office. Asking
my group mates and teachers did not work out because they have not dealt with something
similar before. Foreign affairs employees were qualified and they were able to help me with
my unordinary problem. Therefore, based on my own experience, I can tell that it is better
to consult with certificated professional, rather than wasting time and asking someone else
for help.

Secondly, learning from experienced people like supervisors and teachers has a lot of
advantages. If I were planning to open a business, I would need an experienced advisor to
navigate me and point out my mistakes. Finding inaccuracies can’t be done by having a
conversation with your friend or relative, even though they might have some experience in
starting a new business. Every person is different and having an advisor is the best option
because he can spot a minor mistake, which a regular person can’t. For instance, when a
close friend of mine was planning to open online store he was searching for someone who
can help him and ended up by consulting with unexperienced person, who poorly managed
to fulfill his requirements. At the end, no one was interested in his product and (?) my
friend felt unmotivated and (?) decided to drop that idea (?).

In conclusion, as mentioned above, I believe that a person can learn useful information
from someone who is above himself in terms of qualification, rather than from someone
who is at the same level as he is. ////////
